I took one star off because the space is too small and the customers are always on top of each other trying to see things on the shelves and move around. That said, the staff has always been very helpful and courteous. They can be a little overzealous in asking if youre finding everything okay, but I really cant blame them because it seems like there are long periods of no customers, then all of the sudden a swarm will come in, so they must get bored. You can see this in the fact that the store is always very tidy, which I appreciate. The staff seem to be up to date on the sales and specials. I have only met one or two staff members who gave questionable advice, but 99% of the time they are quite knowledgeable and pleasant. When I first started going in to Sallys I knew nothing about hair, but now, many years later I just pretty much know what I need and grab it. Its refreshing that the staff members can pick up on who needs more help than others without being critical or patronizing.

Over zealous in trying to help from the minute you walk in the door. The girls seem insincere, over confident, pushy, snobby & somewhat catty. I have felt this everytime I have visited this location. I was pressured to give an email address in order to make my purchase this last time (of which it will be the very last time & I gave a phony one instead of trying to argue the point) when I already have a beauty card there & they have my home address. I dont need anymore junk emails. I did not make a scene & said thank you when I left but I noticed one of the girls looking at me directly when I pulled away from the store. I am done purchasing from Sallys. I dont appreciate the atmosphere or this kind of treatment from their staff.

Perfect experience! Ciara (hopefully I spelled her name right) was very helpful, I was in and out with the advice I needed and the product I came looking for! I seen some bad reviews about customer service before I went there but I gave it a shot and they were excellent with me <3 I will definitely be a regular customer here from now on.

My sister goes in there all the time, spends a lot of money there, but this lady started harassing her out of nowhere, every time she tries to buy something they think she is stealing. The lady there is very very rude, even when my sister is doing absolutely nothing wrong. Going to file an complaint.
