I purchased two items that had sale signs in front of them advertising one as buy one get one half off and the other as buy one get one free. I didnt notice that they didnt ring up correctly when I was checking out, but when I did, I went back to the store and the employee refused to even look at the signs on the shelves and said that whatever the register rings it up as is final. She then returned my entire purchase and refused to give me back my sales receipt. She yelled at me and cursed profanity. When I tried to get someone else to help me I was told that I was all alone and that that store has no management that I could take my issue up with. I was so frustrated that I was on the verge of a panic attack. I have never been yelled at in a store before. I was in the store on 5/3/17, and i just now am feeling objective enough to talk about my experience. It was by far the worst shopping experience that I have ever, and hopefully will ever, have.

As Sallys go its pretty small and cramped. Its real awkward when 2 people have to pass each other in the aisles even when turned sideways. But it is convenient if you work downtown and just want to pop by to get something on your lunch break. I usually buy my hair dye and developer for my personal at-home use from this location. From what I can tell they have all the color options Ive seen at the bigger Northgate location. Where they seem to lack inventory is with the appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc.) and a smaller array of hair care and nail products. Be careful walking in and out of the store when its raining. The entry has a tiled 8" slope up to the door. When it rains, which it does 9 months out of the year, the tile gets slick.

Love coming to the store as it is convenient and close, but one of the older ladies (which I believe is the manager) is extremely rude EVERYTIME she is there when I come in. Not only to me but also her employees/coworkers (whom are always helpful and usually kind may I add). I will still continue to come here as I have no other Sallys convenient enough to get to, I just think they should work on management and good customer service. And shout out to all the young ladies that are nice as hell when I come in even though I know you arent always having a good day!

Ive lived in 7 different States, and it is the first time that the specials are not made obvious to customers. Signs are half hidden. This is the 3rd time that at the cash register they "forget" the buy one get one free. On top of that, the lady who helped me was on her cell phone when I arrived, I waited, then she put her interlocutor on hold, and tried to help me quickly to got back to her phone conversation. Not very inviting!!

Cashier didnt know proper protocol or customer service, and management didnt want to do her job right. How do I know?.. Ive had a job doing both of theirs. Unsatisfied, a little disrespected, and just overall annoyed. New employee, same management. This was a simple one item hair accessory return, $20 purchase, and use my $5 coupon transaction.- yeah, No!!

Its usually a decent salleys to go to. Its nice having one right downtown. They dont pay attention to sales when they are ringing you up so that is really annoying, Ive had to go back twice because of it and now I just make sure they do them every time they ring me up.
