I very rarely leave business reviews, but I am disappointed with the customer service here. As a new mom, I was hoping the diaper service would be seamless-not another thing to worry about each week. Pick up times were erratic, sometimes as late as 7pm. Once there was no pick up at all, and I had to call to remind them come the next day. The information packet says that drivers have major holidays off to spend time with their families, so I wrongly (?) Assumed that 4th of July is a major holiday, and missed another pick up. The driver left our gate open SEVERAL times, even after we had asked him not to, endangering our pets. We received the first few month as a gift, and when I called to ask exactly when service ended, I was told that there was no end date listed and they would have just continued service and billing to our generous relative (who had specified that she was giving us 3 months only.) I have yet to receive the final bill for the two diapers that I know I lost, but Im afraid that the bill is going to be sent to the original gift-giver, so I am going to keep checking up until the bill comes in the mail. Overall, poorly organized, made me feel that due to the fees & hassle, I should just buy & wash at home.

I signed up for this service despite some bad reviews, as I really didnt want to wash the 100 or so dirty diapers that a newborn produces in a week, my mother used the same service to diaper me 25 years ago and recommended it, and there is not really a competing diaper service in Seattle. I experienced a few problems at first (delivery of the wrong number of diapers, delivery of the smaller size of diapers after I had called that week to get the bigger size in the next delivery, switched delivery from Tuesday to Wednesday without alerting me), which I found really frustrating. Soon, however, I was contacted by a gentleman (I believe the General Manager) who wanted to assure me that issues like the ones I had been experiencing were not par for the course. He offered me a few weeks of diaper service and a few diaper covers as consolation, and I didnt have any problems after that. He even recently called to follow up and make sure I was not experiencing further issues. The majority of businesses mess things up occasionally, but its really about how they deal with the issues and displeased customers. They won me back. :)

I cant say enough good things about this fantastic business. My wife and I have used this service for almost two years with very few hiccups. It was a bit difficult to get things going correctly. We werent sure how many diapers to order and their suggestion was way too low. The cost to rent more diapers is quite trivial so Id definitely order more than less as the service quickly self-corrects since they just give you back whatever you used. I think at our highest point we were at 120 diapers a week. Of course that included extras for everywhere: the car, the diaper bag(s) the stroller. Once that got rolling it was pretty painless especially since theyve added capacity and optimized their driving routes. The delivery driver has saved me quite a few times when I forgot to put the old diapers out by politely knocking on the door and waiting for me to get them out to him. The people who answer the phone are also great.

Crooked business dealings! Worst customer service! I have had diapers for both my children thru this company and have had nothing but issues. Everything from the wrong amount delivered to the wrong size weeks and weeks in a row. Unacceptable customer service dealing with these issues. They changed sizing and began getting diapers thru another supplier and did not notify customers just sent diapers WAY to small and kept withdrawing money from my account. Getting a refund took over a month once we did stop service. Had to harass them daily to get any answers and owner who conducts his business this way was suppose to phone us several times but alas we never heard from him and he had his receptionist pawn off his email to us. To busy for the customers who shelled out money in advance. Will not be recommending this business to any family or friends. Take my advice and wash your own diapers and save yourself money and a headache!

I have never experienced customer service at this level. The ladies who answer the phone are the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable employees Ive ever encountered. Its silly that a simple diaper service sparked such deep gratitude in me but good service is such a rarity these days that Im just ecstatic to share my experience. I used this service for 6mos. The diapers were quality and the cleaning service was pristine. The system they have in place seems to be flawless as my infant never went without diapers even if I forgot to put out our dirty ones for pick up. I can assure you this is a heartfelt, honest, unsponsored review of my experience. We were serviced in the Bonney Lake/Lake Tapps area.

Its my husband and myself as the sole caregivers for our baby--no grandparents, no siblings, etc. After a long, difficult pregnancy, and labor, we brought our baby boy home, and made the call for our first delivery from Baby Diaper Service. We were so sleep deprived, we honestly couldnt figure out left from right, let alone how to get the diapers to work! We called BDS and a driver was out to us within the next hour--and spent the next hour with us, in our home, going through recommendations, steps for how to use the service, and how to use the diapers! This was what we needed after days of no sleep, and zero support from anyone in our circle of friends. Baby Diaper Service was awesome!

Love this service! Have been using it for over 2 yrs now ( have a 2 yr old and 4 mo old). I leave out dirty diapers fri morning and like magic they are exchanged for clean ones! Love being able to keep my babies healthy with pure cotton on their skin and to help save the environment with less waste and chemicals going into our landfills! Daycare allows them and we have not had any issues using the service or cloth diapering. Makes everything simple and smooth! (Side note: I purchase my own covers from different sites because those depend on your babies size and chunkiness so everyone has their own brands and opinions on which they love best. )

I wish I had used this service for my singleton. I used them for my twins for the first two months and the service is convenient and as expected. Customer services has been great -- they are very respectful and explain things SLOWLY for the sleep deprived parent, like me! The business is a bit old school, I mean theyre dealing in cloth diapers, so dont expect immediate response times. Why did I stop? I just realized that diapering two babies is not a luxurious bonding time like it is with one so I decided to switch to disposables and just make it faster.

We used Baby Diaper Service in 2010 - 2012 with my son, and now are using it again since my daughters birth in 2014. They have consistently been professional, kind, dependable, and environmentally responsible for us. We also appreciate that the price to use their service is the same or less as buying all those diapers (based on our research!) but requires no extra laundry for us. This time I also bought the Prorap diaper covers from them, and am really happy with those! Would definitely recommend to a friend - or any mama!
