This is a stand-alone Babies R Us. Not part of a Toys R Us, which makes a huge difference. Clean, organized. Bright. Everything you need for a newborn till past the first year. Diapers, furniture, bedding, nursery decor, baby gear (lots of it), feeding, clothing, monitors, bathing, etc. Cute selection of newborn photography outfits (crochet and knitted sacks and matching hats). Not much staff on the floor vs going to Buy Buy Baby in Pleasant Hill where someone is usually coming up to you asking if you need help. Great selection of strollers and car seats (Infant and beyond) to touch and try out. There are some twin strollers (side-by-side and tandem) to test out. Nursery displays to give you some great ideas (and not everything is all pink or blue, which is nice!). Plus gliders, swizzle and rocking chairs to test out or just sit and relax. I love that this place has a Mothers Room next to the womens and mens restrooms at the back of the store so that if you need to pump or breastfeed there is a nicely decorated, clean, nice smelling room that you can sit in either the two comfortable chairs with ottomans. There are also two white wooden diaper changing tables with plastic changing pads, like the kind you have at home, instead of the standard public restroom kind. In the womens restroom (didnt go in the mens), there is a preschool height sink for your little one to wash her hands and a toddlers wall chair that you can strap your toddler on next to the diaper changing table if you need to change your babys diaper and want to be sure your toddler stays put. Beneficial free in-store classes and events to help you get through the first year from prepping for baby, child birth, sleeping issues to babys 1st birthday. All you need to do is register online. Prices can be as cheap as Amazon or even cheaper (be sure to check your phone). Check out is up front and can be slow at times.

Their baby registry sucks..i wanted to buy the stroller travel system and they suggested me to sign up for the registry so i can the 10% back. since strollers are high price even 10% would help, i did that, created the registry, added the item, and bought..when i came home and checked online for my registry it didnt show that i purchased the stroller and its not in registry at all. I called in the store and explained ,they told me the only way they can find out or i can get points is to bring the stroller back, return and purchase again. When we checked out, we told the guy that its from registry and he scanned the registry bar code as well and didnt notify that stroller is not in the registry list. The couple of ladies who helped me in the store were nice and helpful but not sure what happened. So, just make sure you guys check carefully when you check out if you guys want cash back for your purchase if you do registry here.

I really like coming here to shop for my daughter. I always buy clothes from here. They always have sales, and you cant beat many of the prices. The selection is great too. Its close by and very convenient. You can pretty much get everything you need for your babies at an affordable price.

Horrible Customer Service! I called to inquire on a 5T Giants Jersey and waited on hold for literally 25 minutes and 36 seconds before I hung up and called back and waited on hold for 5 minutes for someone to tell me that all they have are infant sizes

I call it "Babysaurus". They have just about everything new or recent parents could want. Beware that most of the furniture is made to order and takes 6-8 weeks, so be sure and get your orders in while you are still in the second trimester.

Good collection of baby stuff. Is pricier than a lot of options available online. A first time parent can get confused with the options available and might end up buying a lot of stuff which they might not end up using.
