Al entrar a esta tienda y ver lo que vendían pense: "No seas malinchista, seguro hay una tienda así en el Defeke"; pero la verdad es que no. Perdida en la callecilla principal de Alameda, la isla frente a SF está esta tienda para bebes/niños que está turbo surtida de todas las marcas must, además de que las personas que atienden ahí tienen perfectamente idea de cada producto, sus pros, contras y demás razonamientos para sopesar una compra vs otra. No se que pase de vuelta en México que no hay una tienda que se acerque ni poquito a esta. (ojo ahí, idea millonaria); vamos, que para variar esta el nicho: o compras evenflo o una marca aprobada y usada por la reina de Inglaterra... ¿Y todos los que estamos en medio? Se gana sus 5 estrellotas de la manera más fácil que he visto.

Edited 1/2/2017 The shop owner called me today to apologize for the problems I had with the web site and my order. I am still unhappy about my experience this time, but my previous experiences there were good. I appreciate a store owner taking the time to try to address my bad experience. Original review: Ive shopped here before and was pretty happy. Now Im not. Website has an option for in store pickup. Place an order for in store pick up. Drive to pick up order. Store clerk tells me they dont have my order. Dont even have the item in stock. Clarifies ( that their web site doesnt keep any kind of inventory, just takes orders blindly. Store clerk mistakenly tells me about a disclaimer to this affect on the web site. Disclaimer does not exist.

The best local baby store in the east bay. I love how everything is arranged. The staff is very friendly. Also they offer a free meetup on Tuesdays starting at 10 am. Sometimes they even bring in guest speakers. We bought a balance bike, and the staff was patient and answered all of our questions.

The staff here was extremely helpful when we walked in trying to get three car seats in the back seat of our small car. We had them installed and they took plenty of time to explain what they were doing in case we need to do it ourselves in the future. Highly recommended.

Great service and family owned shop. I bought our car seat here and they have a certified installation specialist who showed me how to install the seat. He went through it with me until I felt comfortable doing it on my own.
