JAMES- PHARM MANAGER, ID LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS GUY RUINED MY DAY BUT HE COULD NEVER HAVE THAT KIND OF POWER. HES CONDESCENDING, OUT OF LINE, RUDE, NARCISSISTIC, AND SHOULD BE FIRED. I HAVE TRANSFERRED MY RX SERVICE TO FRED MEYER WHERE THEY ACTUALLY TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. I FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE THAT WORK WITH HIM, I WILL PRAY FOR HIS LOST DARK SOUL AND HIS MOTHER, SHE MUST FEEL SO MUCH SHAME FOR BRINGING THAT CYST INTO THIS WORLD. MAY HE FIND SOMEWAY TO FIND HIS MANHOOD OTHER THAN BELITTLING CUSTOMERS AND ASSOCIATES. I KNOW WALMART HAS A HISTORY OF HIRING THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, BUT WHEN IT EFFECTS YOUR EXPERIENCE AT A STORE, THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO GETTING PROFESSIONAL HELP FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO NEED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING AND PUT THEM IN THE STOCK ROOM OR ON THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT SO IT DOESNT EMBARRASS THE COMPANY.

The so-called manager is way too rude. Yelled at my wife because she tried to pick her medicine at exactly closing time. Refused to release her medicine, and she had to miss one day of medicine. We came next day to see that the pharmacy opened 10 minutes later that it was supposed. Asked for his manager to talk to and the answer was: "Im my own manager". Transferred the prescription the same day.

You have one job. Please start doing it. Each time we come in to fill a prescription, you get it wrong. Just read the instructions and follow them. I get name brand when I want generic. I get generic when I want name brand. Lost scripts, incorrect info given over the phone, etc. This Walmart is a busy zoo and customer service here is really poor. This extends to the pharmacy.

This Pharmacy Sucks, Incompetent and more pricier then Macys Went to pickup my Insulin told it will cost me $154.00 I buy it at Group-health for $25.00. All this talk about Walmart Pharmacy being cheaper is a Big Lie. was forced to give one star instead of Zero

Numerous setbacks. Couldnt locate my insurance, meds out of stock, on and on. Its Zoomart ........at least they didnt give me someone elses pills.

Service is always rude and incredibly curt. Cant tell you how many times Ive seen a baby vomit while waiting to pick up a prescription.
