HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For last two months I have spent a total of 3-3 1/2 hours on hold with them trying to have them to get my prescriptions straight... tonight was an 1 1/2 hours and that was waiting on hold for a supervisor which turned out to be an epic failure... Inept, unprofessional, ill trained, confused and just down right rude staff...Finding another specialty pharmacy...It kills me to give them even one star!

EVERY time I called, either it be for billing or to get a refill, ive had to be on hold for 15 at min. The people are very nice but just holding for that amount of time? EVERY TIME. SERIOUSLY?

We have to spend literally hours a month on the phone with them just to get my life saving transplant medications. This company is garbage and our insurance forces us to work with them.
