With the level of customer service this store has, it is no small wonder that they are still in business. The employees, with glazed-over expressions appear to lack any training in how to provide professional or prompt assistance and seem to feel overwhelmed when more than four customers are in the store at one time. You might as well drive to Bellevue or Seattle to get what you need because it will take you less time than it will to get in and out of this store.

Just like any other rite aid, but with a great pharmacist and cashiers. The pharmacist is very friendly. I dont remember her name, but she also gave me a vaccination and is very professional. There are usually one or two cashiers working at a time during non-peak hours, and they work fast. A line of 5 people will go by in minutes.

What a terrible customer service! !!! Came by on Saturday at 5:50pm to fill prescription for my wife, who just had our new born babe. The female pharmacist refused service stating they close at six and it takes her 15 minutes to fill prescription. Went to walgreens and they filled the prescription in 5 minutes.

Good selection of grocery and other items. Wait for their buy one get one free ads when stocking up on bath and body care items. Friendly staff and helpful employees to assist. Pharmacy good service. You can drop off and shop. Usually ready in 15 to 45 min.
