This Rite Aid is the cleanest one ever, but I wouldnt write a review for just that. I am writing because I recently experienced the best service ever in my life from their pharmacy. I went there to pick up this ezcema cream my dermatologist prescribed for me. Andrew the pharmacist said it was not in stock and would order one for me. Then 5 minutes later, he called and said it would be about $200 and wanted to make sure if I still want it. I could not believe how expensive it was and said not sure. Then he went ahead and got hold of my doctor, explained the situation, and changed the prescription to a similar and affordable cream. Next day I picked it up at only $15 (my insurance covered this one, but not the other one). As soon as I showed up, he remembered me! I was impressed with his service and it truely exceeded my expectation. I usually encounter a pharmacist who seems to be a half robot, but he is different. Andrew is still a trainee according to his name tag, but I believe (and hope) that he will become a manager one day. Thank you Andrew!

Stand in line forever to drop off a prescription. Dont bother trying to wait--theyl take at least an hour. Stand in line 20-30 minutes when you come back to pick it up. Try different times of day. No matter when you come, youll be in line for 20-30 minutes. Want to buy something at the cash register up front? There will be one person working there. Regardless of how long the line is. This store is designed to drop in for a a quick pick-up, but they seem to think their customers have all the time in the world to wait around until its convenient for them to serve customers. Crazy.

Last I heard is that this store was fighting over some kind of traffic right of way with Kent itself. Okay, is it really going to open or not? I moved into an apartment a few blocks away over a year ago in July 2007. As I write, it is late August 2008. Talk about your waste of resources, energy, and just plain ungreen, this is a major mistake on Rite Aid corporations part.

Im disappointed in some of the pharmacy tech s.. They never smile... They let you stand in line waiting without acknowledgement!!!.. They mixed up my meds....i guess we need to be vigilant.. And make sure the perscription is correct!!!!... The Auburn site is much better!

Its an okay place to go in and out....the pharmacy is pretty quick...a spot where theres a lot of theft...they always follow me around the store, I bet they feel crunchy when I walk to the register and pay for my stuff

Worst ride aid ever. They always put the wrong Sale sticker up and never honor the price they put up nor do they apologize for their mistake. Its happen to me 3 times there already.

HATE this pharmacy and the people that work there. HORRIBLE service, act completely annoyed when I go pick up a prescription. Absolutely refuse to go in there ever again. WORST!
