"Feeling FLEECED by the UPS Store #2022 staff in Redmond, WA" My package did not arrive on time this year. I was one of thousands disappointed by UPS. I understand the reasons for delays stated by UPS. However, the package I sent sat in Redmond for two days after it was labeled and paid for. I tracked it online.This is the second time Ive used your store (UPS Store #2022) and been disappointed. I will never, yes, "never", send another package from your counter. I didnt have to wait in line, but the staff was rude, the prices quoted were higher than USPS and FedEx. I checked after I was overcharged! Two other packages I sent the same day using the US Postal service arrived early and cost less. The staff at the Redmond post office were friendly and I left the PO in a good mood even though I waited in line. Maybe its time for a new manager to train the team at the UPS Store #2022 in Redmond, WA? Customer service is important! Sadly, the experience at the UPS Store #2022 in Redmond, WA left me feeling fleeced and unhappy. Chels

Came to this store a couple of times, will go back only out of necessity. First time I came by the store, about two weeks ago, the counter lady spent almost 20 minutes on the phone discussing someones baby, while I just stood at the counter. She then proceeded to take my box, place it inside a larger box and attempt to charge me for packaging and handling. When I inquired why my item was repackaged, her response verbatim: "I thought thats what you wanted" Definitely not the model UPS store out there.

Had a very important package mailed to me express three day shipping. In that time frame it bounced around because someone was illiterate and couldnt read the zip code, and they refused to give a refund on the shipping because it took them over a week to deliver the package. It should be pointed out that, during this time, another friend shipped a package USPS and it arrived with no issue. Dont get shafted by the brown, stick with the USPS and things will actually arrive.

I have been a couple times and each time it feels like they dont want my business or me to use UPS as a shipping service. This time I needed one piece of tape to seal a box and they wanted to charge me a $1. Its not a lot but its the principle of the matter. Fedex office doesnt charge for tape, my local independent post office shop doesnt charge. Just learn to be nicer, its called customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS NOTARY. Went to have a document notarized. Mario, the notary, is incredibly unprofessional. In addition to being extremely rude, he was inattentive, wandering off in the middle of notarizing my document to ship a package. Obviously does not take his job seriously as he couldnt find his notary stamp at one point. Do not go here. Terrible business.

Their staff, Mario, is the rudest person I saw. He does not seem caring about being fired (serious management problem here) because he just insults customers for at least the last two years and can still keep the job. The lady in the counter is also rude as many others here mentioned. This is the worst customer service in US.

Almost didnt use this location because of the bad reviews, but discovered they are unfounded. I had to ship a graphics card and never used one of these stores before. The employee was very helpful and guided me through the process, even suggested I use anti-static material with the packaging. Very quick and easy!

I just got off the phone with a lady that answered the phone at the Redmond location and I was very disappointed. She was very rude from the start. I just wanted to ask a simple question and she would not help me at all. She told me to call the 800 number and just hung up. What kind of service is that? Its not

Have been to the place multiple times. Not worth your time. Recently I tried a service called Kiwiship. A must check out!! I literally scheduled a free pick up from my office, and someone showed up and handled my package professionally. The carrier they use is FedEx or USPS, not UPS. Just FYI

Ive been to this place about 30 times to get notary and about 10 times to ship/return items. Every time Ive been there each of the staff is always ready and able to help with shipping, etc. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly.
