Fast, efficient and competent (Tegan in particular). Id say the main improvement is to the corporate website, which doesnt allow you to pick a date earlier than the day youre on, even when the local shop can handle it. The site should at least make it easy to contact them to find out - I had to do a search separately to get their number and email address.

The worst experience ever 1 time to restart the the computer 3 times to login with Bank card 5 times to try to scan paperwork needed Then I had to buy a pen just to sign a paper since they do not have blue pens for customers to use
