Once in a while youll find a good name brand find but thats about all. Ross is not known for customer service. Have yet to be greeted friendly from staff here. Most doge their customers to avoid them. Small handful of cashiers that are rude. Have yet to revive any sort of customer service here. Ive noticed the quality of their items have dropped a little in the last year or so. Youd almost be better off going to Value Village. The return line and purchasing line get confusing if youre not a regular. All too often I see people wait in the long line then are told to get back in line again. Lines are horrendous here. Could easily be 20 minutes in line. The prices encourage theft and the security guard standing at front makes me feel like a thief before I even start shopping here. Would not recommend. Sorry but I shall never return.

I overall had a decent time but as I was returning my clothes that didnt fit I realized its something I had purchased they were starting to take notice of and it was that the alarm tag was still on it. But they had the receipt right in front of them showing them that I bought it and it wasnt the only thing I was bringing back I brought back almost $100 worth of things so its not like I really didnt buy it period but that put me into a bad situation or rather could have put me into a real bad situation if I would have worn those shorts but otherwise that customer service And Ross in General is usually a good experience. Thank you

Under staffed to walk through the items, prices are affordable. Few products are out of stock, Worth a visit always to just buy any needed items at low price. I can loose items and would never mind that because products are absolutely affordable , wouldnt mind buying once again and missing them :) . Between I lost a cap or hat (Head cap). Quality of the products are Ok with that price , we dont have to regret for buying them.

The customer service lady i called, sounded so rude. I forgot a south-pole mask glass i bought yesterday. When i called to ask if they saw it, the customer service person sounded as if i was bothering her. This is horrible.

Called this branch looking for a curtain panel set I had bought at another Ross. I had called 5 Ross stores that day and every one of them went to see if they had the curtains. This one said no. Ridiculous.

Sometimes the service is great, other times the employees are really rude. They dont have as much as some of the other stores but its the most convenient Ross and it does just fine for most things.

Selection and availability of mens shoes and clothes is very hit and miss, but probably more miss. Lines are usually not too long though.
