Me and My family visited this store, the customer service is horrible, a woman called Jeanny, in 50s, she was EXTREMELY RUDE to us, we have a group of 5 including my 5 year old. when we went in, theres not greeting, I said hi to her, she said nothing back, I thought she didnt hear me, so I didnt think too much about it; then when we were trying on clothes in the tiny 2 spots fitting room (which is in the same room with the clearance area), she came in twice to ask where are the clothes we already tried on, it made us very uncomfortable; and theres the other customer came to the other fitting room, did i mention the room is tiny? my curious little boy was looking at that customer when she went in, and this women Jeanny told me that your boy is peaking at her customer, my poor little boy cried hard and said he didnt, and she rudely said yes, you did .... after I tried on the clothes, I heard her saying, would you please not trash out our store???!!! for God sake, we have only been there for less than 15 mins, we tried 5 or 6 clothes in total including the shoes; I should have just went out the store an go, but one of my family member really like one of their clothe, she really wants to buy it, she doesnt speak English very well, so I helped her check out, when I checkout, i asked her name and she as surprised and I told her that I need to tell her boss what she has done to us, and she pointed finger to me and said she will tell her boss what we did too...(again for god sake, we did not even mess up anything, we even we tided up the shoes we didnt try on before we left.... ) I am Asian, I have been in US for 12 years, and this is the first time I have seen such a horrible customer service. I was in Seattle for only a few days, this experience really ruined at least that day if not the whole trip, people, BE AWARE!!!! hope you have a better experience if you have to be there.

This store is the best consignment store I have dealt with. Customer service is wonderful. They call you when its time to pick up your items. Prices and selection are wonderful. I rarely get a check because Im always finding awesome items every time I stop in. I would consign here, Ive tried the other shops and this is the only one that gets 5 stars from me.

My wife and I have consigned with abs fab for years and have never had any issues with receiving unsold items back. They actually give you courtesy calls to remind you that you have items to pick up. I highly recommend consigning with them. They are very professional and courteous. We have sold almost everything we have brought in.

I was NOT loving this store. The Jeans were not in size order, the shoes were scattered all over the place, and when I walked in, all I got was a snotty response " do you need anything? " then the two employees continued their conversation. I was not impressed.

I DO NOT recommend this store. they will donate your items without your knowledge. they will not reimburse you for doing so. if you drop off it is gone!

Do not consign with this shop! They will claim you have picked up items which you have not. And of course these will be brand new, expensive items!
