If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst customer service ever!!!!! I work retail and know how a customer should be handled. I walked around the store for about 45 minutes with a load of clothes in my arm and got no greeting and never got offered assistance. The plus size section is a complete mess, with clothes all over the floors. When I asked to put a load of clothes on hold until 1130 the next day (I had an online purchase that I wanted to exchange the sizes that I left at home) the girl at the front counter was SO RUDE and rolled her eyes at me. She told me I had until 12 to come in the next day if not its my loss. I told her I had an exchange at home and she said just raised her voice and said I had until 12. I shop at forever21 all the time and the service and employees have gone completely down hill at THIS store. Worst service and RUDE EMPLOYEES.

good quality clothes, as well as good prices. As for cleanliness and organization it was terrible. There are clothes every where and it makes it a difficult task to find anything when there really is nothing in a specific place. there are very few people working the floor and the one(s) that are, do not offer for help or know where anything is. I found a few things online and it said that they were in store, I went to the store and the floor worker had no idea if they had the multiple things on my list or where they would be. again, great quality and prices, but organization wise there needs to be more of it, and their floor worker customer service lacks. Clothes are very nice, but you cant find them

Worst Forever 21 Ive been in. The racks were a mess and (most of) the employees were useless. They didnt ask a single customer if they needed help and they followed me around, eyeballing my H&M bag as if I was stuffing merchandise into it. Dont be lazy, guys! If you think a customer is stealing you should be customer servicing the hell out of them! And then maybe I would have found what I was looking for. Win win situation, right? Thank goodness for the gal at the fitting rooms, she was the only nice and helpful employee working there.

Let me tell you one thing! The worst service ever!! I bought a dress here and I could understand for the accident of the sticking equipment on the dress and their patience but look at their attiude ? They let us stood there for one hour without an apologize..? Were we joking w u? At the last minutes,the manager did not show up? What the heck? I wanted to be nice but u should know in which case u could be able.

Wort customer experience ever. The people who work there are so useless. They dont know how to handle returns. They just have a miserable look on their faces, like they hate their job!! -1 stars!!!!

The racks are all messy, like the workers dont clean it up. Clothes are all over the place in different areas, and it seems like the workers just dont really care at how the clothes are organized!
