The mens section feels pretty limited but that doesnt stop me from finding at least a few things every trip. The odd thing about this location is I can always find my size in jeans. I am a pretty common size and other locations are often sold out. I still think the Lynnwood location is better than most but this is a strong competitor for second in the Greater Seattle Area. Staff is friendly enough and on hand to offer check out without going through the often very long line. The dressing room help is friendly but I havent tried the alterations in this location yet.

I love shopping their website but really hate going to the store. It always feels like its a cluster you know what. I should acknowledge Ive always had great customer service from the associates. However the checkout, and return process is where I have issues. The lines are so long, and the system is not very efficient. I appreciate that you have the checkout stations located throughout the store, but when you have a whole basket of items thats not very helpful. I really do like Nordstrom company and know they will work hard to improve. Thanks.

Talk to the associates... Tell them what youre looking for, and theyre really helpful! Note that almost all the mens shirts are slim fit... If you have a svelte physique like me, you will definitely find a shirt with a perfect fit! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted (slim fit white button down with a semi-casual weave to dress up or down), and left 100% satisfied. Quality is very high and price is mid tier, so the value is definitely there. The kids section is full of bargains!

Not a big fan of Nordstrom Rack. Even the clothing on the 80% off rack is still in the $100 - $200 price range. Clothing has no rhyme or reason. Customer service is so-so to hit or miss. I honestly only come in here when some of my friends drag me in here. Otherwise I avoid. __________________ Thank you for the reply. Much appreciated. Just out of my income level even at $20 an hour with premiums at 40 hrs a week.

Walking in the store it reminded me of Burlington Coat factory in terms of the layout. While that isnt a good nor bad thing it was nonetheless interesting. Shopping for a suit at my size 50 inch chest and 33 inch waist meant I would need a bit of help. One of their Mens wear professionals came to the rescue. Paul was helpful, funny, and educated me well on buying the perfect suit Im planning for New Years Eve this year.

This place is very busy. If however you have the time to look through the racks you can find good deals. There is everything from suits to shoes and they have racks and racks of fashionable shoes. If you love designer shoes and have a large or small foot, this is the place for you. The lines are intimidating , but you get through quickly. If you have issues with returns ask for the manager, it worked for me.

Always have a good customer experience at this Nordstrom Rack. Lines to checkout can get long, but the CSRs are usually on top of it so the wait is minimal relative to the line size. They also offer simple tailoring at this Rack (not all Nordstrom Racks have this service).

Bought and paid for a pair of shoes at the desk where you get the shoe mate what a convenience. Had a mobile phone to process payment and printed out a regular receipt from a machine in the back. Saved me time in going to the front of the store and waiting in a line.

I managed to find a great suit here that needed only minor tailoring, which I was able to have done same day at the Nordstrom flagship in downtown Seattle. Though the mens department is small, they have great staff willing to help you find what you need.

A OK store to get quality clothes. The problem is that there aren’t enough employees here to assist you, so it is more you and you luck. Be patience, you will find some great surprised, you just need to do it on your own.

Never have any shoes for tall women. Its a small selection of very ugly work shoes and work out shoes. And dont get me started on jeans and slacks. Im 60 and can never find sizes for me.
