This is only the second time Ive been to this location. The first time it was chaotic. Nothing was organized, the store was in big need of updating. It just had a depressed strip mall look about it in the entire store. We moved from the Lakes area back to West Seattle 7 yrs ago. When a trip to TJs was planned so was a drive to the Federal Way location. Yesterday I met a friend for breakfast and hanging out time in Kent so we stopped there. What a difference. The store is light and bright with an updated, organized, welcoming interior. Each of the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Its doesnt appear as large per square footage as other TJs but still seemed to have a decent selection. Instead of wanting to get out as soon as possible we shopped for longer than we should have. :) The store location is still in the north corner of a depressing strip mall with not much else going on even midday Saturday which meant ample parking.

The people are so helpful here. I once needed to look at jewellery and they said, "ok, let me show you." Not only that, they have organic food on the cheap! Have you heard of non-gmo pop corn? Look no further my friend. Look no further.

Awesome Store. On par to Marshalls or Ross, BUT CLEAN! And better products. My wife and I shop here vs the other stores, maybe tuesday morning, depending on what we need.

Seems under stocked also seems a little uncept. The bathroom needs a little updating.
