A few weeks ago I was at marshals. I had bought sheet then went home to wash them and they felt like sand paper. I called marshals and spoke to a manager saying they could take the sheets back if they were in the original package. So today I go to take the sheets back with the receipt and original packaging and I spoke with this girl named Don. She was the manager working at the time and was so completely rude. She said I dont take bedding then gave me a smirk and said have a nice day. So I explained to her that I had previously spoken with a manager and she didnt care. I will never go back to this location if this is how they treat theirs customers.

Went to return a brand new item, never worn, that I got for my birthday. They wouldnt refund the gift for store credit because "it looked stained". Horrible management.
