My one star is specific to ladies shoes and one particular sales associate. Each time Ive visited Neimans an older man in ladies shoes is very nasty. The last time I was there, I waited for 30 minutes quietly on a sofa, shoe in hand. He helped everyone else and left me sitting, people came and people went all while I sat there. Finally I went back to dresses and had the sales associate who helped me there come back to ladies shoes and help me with my purchases. I know why this man is nasty, he makes no secret of his issues. Shame on the store for not managing him better, no one needs to be treated poorly because of a sales associates personal issues. Now I scour online sites first and only shop with you IF I cant find merchandise elsewhere to avoid this horribly negative sales associate. Also, if I do order from a store, I order from another state.

Went to lunch there with my aunt and our friend, when we were walking out of the store my aunt had a sudden medical emergency and the valet boys, 3 of them, said nothing, never asked if we need an ambulance which we did. I dont care how expensive your stuff cost, very disappointed in the lack of help and or assistance especially since we were from out of town and had no clue where the hospital was. Will never go back since they cant hire people that are helpful and caring. You 3 valet guys are disgusting and should be completely ashamed of yourselves, it shouldnt matter that we didnt drive a fancy car or come out with lots of bags from shopping, this was a medical emergency! Dont expect anyone here to help you out if you are dying in or near this store, they would rather have you leave instead of help you! So disgusted!

Rude, inattentive employees. Very disrespectful and poorly trained. Called to complain to a manager, who tried to seem professional but lectured me in between. No sense of excellent customer service. I basically had to prove to a manager that rolling eyes on a customer and scaring a 3 year old is wrong. He tried to explain that English is not their first language and they had good intentions. Wasted 17 minutes if talking to a manager. Nordstrom is the only store that treats customers with dignity, in my opinion.

First of all I love Neiman Marcus. I am Canadian and truly enjoy on line shopping and going to the stores when I am in American cities that have the stores. On this particular day, the staff were not prepared to answer questions or give assistance. They were changing shifts or confusions or something. My friend and I found our own perfumes ands purchased them. Then when I got home to Canada, it turned out to be the wrong perfume and the spray did not work. Quite disappointing overall. NM you can do better.

Not very much selections and options in the Mens Dept. I checked on line store first and see they have everything but I cant touch or try it on so I drove all the way from Everett down to a one sorry store with nothing much to see. And all this time everyone think Neiman Marcus is a department store? What a disappointment. Now I know why Michelle Obama preferred to shop at Target instead.

Drove about an hour out of my way to pick up some cosmetics when they were having a Clinique GWP. I guess I wasnt dressed nicely enough or something, the woman at the Clinique was so unhelpful/aloof/rude that I left without buying anything. I will never go back. I hope this place closes down, this kind of customer service has no place in the Seattle area.

Bought some jeans about 2 years ago for a high price. The belt loop came undone, lost my keys and the jeans broke. Was told on the phone they could fix for me no problem, went in and they said I had to pay about $15 dollars. Felt like the service could have been better considering the price and that no other jeans I own have done this.

They have the best selection & quality in Mens suits that Ive found in the entire state. Bernardo & Will were extremely helpful in finding the right suit, with the right fit, at the right price, and I appreciate all the time & energy they invested in making it the perfect shopping experience.

They do not check for a I.D when paying with a card and they allowed a $1400.00 Fraud on my card and Ive never been to there store.
