Customers beware! NEVER buy any glasses from there. They are using a "bait-and-switch" model with no opportunity for refund! Note that most of the other reviews are about the eye exams (which might be top notch. I have no personal experience), whereas I am referring to the store section that (up)sells glasses. I went there to buy glasses and made it clear that my top priority was the THICKNESS OF THE LENSE! I wanted the thickness of the new lenses to be equal to the thickness of my current lenses, which is 3.2mm. Dana (the sales lady) told me that this is fine and that I would have the glasses within 8-10 days. I ordered lenses with 1.74 index (the thinnest option) and with the "digital" setting, which supposedly makes the lenses even thinner (based on Danas recommendation). I called the store 2 weeks later and Dana told me that they had "forgotten" to proceed with my order (even though the money had already been charged to my credit card!!). This should have been a first yellow flag. Anyway, they told me to wait 1.5-2 weeks more and I did. When I finally went to pick up the new glasses, I saw that the new lenses were 20% thicker than my older lenses!!! (3.8mm vs 3.2mm). Dana told me that she considered this to be acceptable, since this is "very similar thickness"!! Also, the lenses had 1.70 index and not 1.74, as I had ordered!! Again, Dana thought that it was normal for them to make this change without letting me know in advance! Then, she told me that they can make the glasses thinner by 0.2mm by removing the digital option! And when I reminded Dana that the digital option was supposed to make the lense thinner, she said that she had never said that!!! Digital costs $60 and is a costly upsell! NEVER pick that option. Also, I asked if I can return the glasses and get a refund, since I was disappointed with the result, but Dana refused. I could not even get a $60 refund for the digital option, which they are removing anyway! So, in the end I will get lenses that are 12.5% thicker than promised (or 20% thicker, if I kept the "digital" setting), without the digital option that I paid $60 for, with a lower index than I ordered (1.70 vs 1.74) and more than 2 weeks late! I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER GO TO REDMOND EYE DOCTORS AGAIN!

Dr. Montecillo and her staff are fast, knowledgable and detail oriented. My fiance and I went in for our routine eye exam and we were able to enjoy each others company for most of it. I never have to sit and wait for very long and the exams are always very quick. Most of my time is spent picking out frames and discussing my insurance benefits. On a more personal note, I woke up very early one morning and my eyes were burning like crazy. I called Dr. Montecillo on her emergency line and even though it was the buttcrack of dawn, she helped me with an issue I shouldve been able to handle myself. Dont sleep with your contacts in. So rudimentary. I completely forgot about them. Shes always been patient and helpful no matter how trivial my concerns are. I highly recommend Dr. Montecillo.

I can only speak to my eyeglass shopping experience. My optometrist is another doctor however I LOVE the selection here. Ive bought two sets of glasses from this establishment and it is such a pleasure, each time. Im kind of picky and my wife and I had a hard time finding the right glasses for us. Everyone else was either really disorganized or their selection was very blah, but the women at Redmond Eye Doctors know their frames and are super helpful with the finding the right ones. Id also add that they have good taste and would rather see you in a cheaper pair that look really nice and that you enjoy than a more expensive pair that doesnt really suit you. Just a lovely experience both times.

Dr. Montecillo and her staff were so easy to work with. I had trouble getting a convenient appointment time with my previous eye doctor. I had heard great things from my friends about Redmond Eye Doctors. I called and had an appointment right away that fit my schedule. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I found frames that fit. They answered all my questions. My glasses arrived less than a week later. I will continue to go there and highly recommend them to friends.

Ive visited several eye clinics throughout the years; Dr. Montecillo is simply the best and most professional I have experienced. She is amazing with her patients, adults and children alike and, not only is everyone in her staff very knowledgeable but very friendly as well. I cant recommend Redmond Eye Doctors enough; if you want to have a wonderful experience, visit them; you wont regret it.

Quick, courteous, very helpful and very nice. Everyone was so nice, up beat and supportive. I have found my eye doctor for now and would not choose to go anywhere else. If I had one issue it would be the prices but the Dr and staff more than makes up for that. Dana is a woot and made picking out frames a fun event. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Staff was professional, courteous, efficient and quick...no waiting. Dr. Gouin and techs were thorough and explained each step. Office is brand new, easy to find, parking at the "front door"...no delays. RXs were timely delivered, follow-on exam was timely. Equipment is new, facilities immaculate. Highly recommend a visit.

Wonderful service! I had a bad experience at a different eye doctor, and the entire staff at Redmond Eye Doctors made all my anxiety about the visit disappear. Dr. Montecillo was extremely friendly and professional and did an excellent job explaining what was happening during the exam. Great selection of glasses, as well.

Such a pleasant visit. I recently moved to Washington and my main goal was to find an awesome optometrist. The staff here is so sweet and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr. Skyles. Ive had appointments with Dr. Gouin for over a year, and each time he is very informative, polite, and clear. Staff is kind and friendly. I was told my appointment would be about 45 min, but I was out in 35 min: prompt service, no confusion. Would recommend.

Excellent service. High tech equipment unfortunately at a high price ($190 for visit) but returning for glasses adjustments etc they are really helpful and professional. The Dr. Is beautiful smart Italian. Will return even with high price
