Pros:Great locations in Redmond, fast customer service, good prices on loose tobacco, wide selection of tobacco, rolling papers, and other stuff. Cons: Store owner hasnt posed store hours on the web. They seem to only use the phone number provided by Google for faxing, and rarely answer it. As a result, it can be hard to find out if the store is open. If you own this shop please provide you store hours to Google local.

Great place to get all the kinds of Tobacco products, great prices on cigarettes and huge variety on Cigars...... they had some great deals I walked in and was well greeted. clean place, I was impressed by the amazing humidor and the collection of cigars. Friendly staff would go there again check it out!!!!

The people who work here are always patient, cooperative, and flexible. They have gone out of their way to help me with replacement parts on many different occasions. The friendly service is what keeps me coming back for sure.

Has a decent sized walk-in humidor with reasonable prices for Washington. Not much in the way of pipe tobacco but a nice selection of pipes at good prices. Proprietor is friendly and willing to match any local prices.

Ive made a few purchases there and always found that their prices were very high on equipment. The items that they said were reduced in price were still higher than what you could find it online by 25%.

Good service. I had an issue with something I purchased here and brought it back, he fixed it up for me and offered a discount next time i came in. Went back a week later andhand gave me a discount.

The worse customer service Ive ever got. THE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS AT ALL. The products quality is very LOW. Hate them!
