The WORST customer service!!! The older lady couldnt help any customers with the cell phone part of the business, so when I went in to drop off my phone I was told to wait five minutes for someone else to help me after I had paid $60 already for the new screen. The guy doing the work was rude over the phone and not much better in person. This place caused me huge delays after waiting in traffic to get there and my phone was still not done when I returned after 2 hours! Then, after returning a 2nd time he told me the new screen was defective and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get back my phone with a SHATTERED SCREEN! TERRIBLE!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I had the worst experience. The guy who fixed the cell phone is a jerk. He calle me a bitc* just because what he promised on the warranty it was a lie...woow im Speechless. He should get a DR . For anger management
