I would not recommend this shop. They do not stand by there products or any advice they give. I went to the shop to purchase a new tank and variable wattage mod. I am fairly new to vaping and asked for advice. They set me up with a great tank and battery. Unfortunately the battery could barely power the tank. Plus, when I looked at the box it looked like I was sold an already opened display unit. They do have a all sales are final sign on the door. But I thought that since I was going to pay more to correct the problem they caused, it would be ok. Well they where nice when they said it was my problem and all sales are final, but they would be happy to sell me the correct one at full price. So I would end up buying a new battery and have another one I cant use. Sounds like a great deal! I will no longer shop at that shop and would highly recommend avoiding it. You could buy something, find out it is dead the first time you turn it on, and they will say it is your problem.

Avoid this place! I recently purchased a $40 battery here, a day later it was non-functional. I came in to get it replaced, they even pulled up my account I setup with them to make sure I wasnt lying and then instead of replacing it they tried sell me another battery for 10% off. This pisses me off to no end, they knew my pen was still under warenty and instead of trying to help me they tried ripping me off. I thought I would give this local shop my business, knowing I would be paying a markup, but I chose to use them anyway because I wanted their guadance. Unfortunately instead of providing me guidance they just chose to try to make a quick buck. BUYER BEWARE!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They sold me a defective torch and admired it and refused to return it. They turned it on until it heated up and handed it back to me and burned me. When I told them it burned me they told me to get out of the store or they would call police. I called police and will be filing assault charges. The positive reviews on here are from their employeees.

Not trustworthy. Product is missing from an item I purchased here, and the writing on the package was deliberately taped over to hide the fact that they removed it. One of the clerks is cool but the other one has tried to hard sell me on something I dont want almost every time hes there when I go in. Wont be coming back.

This is my favorite place to get vape stuff. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Its great for a first time vaper to learn all the stuff they need to start vaping. They have large selection of high quality glass.

Great store, good prices and friendly, helpfull employees. However, the place is constantly out of stock of products. The owner shows no loyalty to good repeat customers. Someone should fire the owner.
