I went into the store this evening. even though they did not have all the vapor products that I needed, the guy behind the counter was really helpful. I needed wick cotton, he was not sure if he had any in stock but he tore his shop up until he found it. He also showed me something about vape juice that I never knew before, I wish I cought his name but he was a young blonde male with facial hair. Who ever owns this place picked the right guy for the job! I was lost and ended up at the Oakland airport prior to this and really pissed off at my gps but he made me happy that I did not give up looking for this place that is why I gave it five stars thanks GUY

Making a little use of the recent law change, I was looking for a smoke shop to purchase some essential equipment. I read the reviews for the Empire Smoke Shop and was not disappointed. The guys were awesome, friendly and informative. The shop and displays hosts a great collection of equipment, all you will ever need and some more! The recommendation of Buddhas Pantry the next day was a finishing touch.

Let me just tell you these guys know what there talking about! not only do they know there muchantdice, they give you good tips on how to use what u buy there. It was my first time there and had a great custumer expirace. Googled smoke shops around me and it was so fast and convienient to the freeway. Thanks again guys.

Absolutely terrible service, guy was really rude as I came in with a friend the guy was taking dab hits Behind the counter I would not recommend this place plus there swishers are stale.
