This shop was my favorite for buying kratom powder...the staff is always friendly and very helpful until they got the blonde broad working there. She always screws up pricing...she has never charged me the right amount for anything and shes absolutely clueless about everything. Why they would want someone so incompetent working there is beyond me. Usually places try to keep customers happy, especially the ones who spend alot of money every week. Not this girl...seems to me like this is her first job and she needs some customer service training on top of a math class. Ill give her one more chance before I take my money elsewhere.

Ive bought several good pieces from this shop, but on my most recent visit I was sold a quartz nail that turned out to be not quartz, but glass, which led to the nail breaking after the first use. The manager declined to let me swap it or return it, even though it was clear the nail was misadvertised as quartz when it was not (as proof, I was able to scratch it with glass - if it was quartz, glass would not scratch it). He kept saying he "bought them as quartz" basically calling me a liar for insisting it was glass. I like the prices and selection here, but I wont be returning after that experience.

Dont trust these guys. -***- Three times now Ive gotten equipment from them that turned out to be worthless. They do it on purpose, they sell defective/useless equipment then dont offer a refund. I should have given up on them the first time, but I thought it was just bad luck. Three times now, this is not bad luck. They are ripoff artists. -***- I typed up a more detailed description of what I went through, but this review thing strips out line breaks, so it was too hard to read. Trust me.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They can answer any questions you have and will take care of you with all your needs. Very clean and professional store especially after their expansion. Not to mention the wide range of variety in products from grinders, pipes, mods, e-cigs, and even hookahs. This is my one stop vape/head shop and they have very competitive, if not, cheapest prices for their quality products. Definitely will recommend!!
