Ive taken our beagle to this same location, for about 5 years now. I have never had any problems with them and our dog likes them. I drop her off in the morning and I pick her up in the evening. She always comes home one happy dog. Ive had super good experiences from these people. I even used to take our rabbit and guinea pig up there for their nails to be clipped. They never charged for doing that service. But, regretfully, the lady who did that, is gone now. As of lately, Petco Grooming is under brand new management. The previous manager evidently made some enemies. But, our dog was always happy and never minded going or staying up there, so I could easily ignore how she treated people. Im just glad they were good with the dogs. Seriously, Id give these people a chance. They really are good and the new management is a breath of fresh air. Ill be continuing to take Cali, our beagle, up there. And one more thing, not all businesses are going to have 100% happy customers. Heck, just look at Microsoft and even the differences between cell phone carriers. Not everyone will always be happy. Its impossible. And some people, no matter how nice you are to them, are just going to be determined to find something to complain about. And Id be very leary of anyone who simply states, "never take your pet there". They could very easily be a disgruntled employee who was fired. So, thats my 2cents. I like Petco. Been taking our dog there for about 5 years and will continue to do until she dies. Go see Tina. I think youll like her. Shes the manager.

Bad grooming experience. We paid for a few different services such as teeth cleaning, full groom, and bath. We had a groomer who claimed to have 20 years of experience but she clipped our dogs nails too close so he was bleeding, she didnt clean his teeth, she missed his face and tail. So we asked for it to be fixed. They were very gracious. Great customer service and they gave us a return appointment at no cost. We took him back a week later and they gave us the same groomer. We asked for her to only fix our dogs face, tail, teeth, and give him a bath. Once again she forgot the teeth. She didnt do the tail, she didnt do the face and she clipped him too close on his paw so he bled again. She also let him fall of the table and get a big scrape on his leg. They didnt refund us the money after traumatizing our dog twice. We love the store clerks and their attitudes, but the grooming experience was absolutely terrible and will never trust them with our dog again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ive given this grooming dept 2 chances. The first time I was very specific about just shaving the fluff off of my goldens rear end. They ended up only shaving the outside of his legs, which I didnt want shaved at all. It looked ridiculous! We have had a lot of bad experiences with groomers not listening. If anything, I want less cutting done than normal. Took him back next month, said NO CUT, just a bath. (He is still recovering from the butcher job done the month before). He came home from there with matting under his ear and smelling like dirty dog. Cant quite figure out what im paying for! I gave them a opportunity to redeem themselves and I would tell anyone to RUN from this location, dont waste your money. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! However, I love the staff inside the store. They are always helpful!

Petco provides an amazing service. There are many excellent services and products for all your companions. The store is clean, safe, and family friendly. Best of all prices are reasonable. Offering a wide range of other awesome companions as well. Dont forget you can adapt new friends or visit the salon for your pals newest look. The service is friendly, helpful, and fast. I love PetCo for all my companions needs. Brooke is especially a truly wonderful employee

We went in to purchase a few zebra danio as feeder fish. We were told they arent allowed to sell those fish as feeders. Sorry.... So why is it they have 2 tanks packed with feeder goldfish?? Why is it ok to feed goldfish as feeders, but not any other type of fish? Apparently Petco believes goldfish are disposable and have no souls... and other fish do. BTW, we bought a 39c feeder goldfish 3 years ago, and he is now 4 inches long and beautiful.

My friend and I went to buy some fish, we bought a electric yellow, a tiger Oscars and a bala shark the associate, Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us decide what fish we should get and talked us through the care because we have never owned Cichlids before. We loved our experience when we went today, we felt more then just a customer and felt like atleast one person that works there enjoys and takes pride in their job.

I bring my puppy here for her grooming my experience has been great so far I love Taylor shes so sweet and so loving and caring every time we bring my puppy my puppy just loves her the people are nice friendly and take time to answer questions and helpful k enrolled her in basic puppy traning today was our 1st day it went well for the 1st day lets see how things go next week

They did a great job grooming her. However I did not like how the groomer stated that my dog was being "Naughty" because my dog doesnt like her face being touched and it was hard for her to groom her face. Verbage is important because they cannot assume the pet is not under alot of stress and anxiety and she is. Besides that I like the service and may be back in the future.

We take our two small dogs there for grooming, a new experience for us & our puppies. We are very happy we found Tawnya. She is understanding, very helpful, and always very friendly & kind to our little girls. Thanks for having such a wonderful person available to help us keep our pups looking and feeling their best!

Recently we took our toy pom to the groomer at the South Meridian Street, Puyallup,WA location. We were able to book for first thing in the morning last Sunday. They treated our dog like gold, we will be a returning customer for sure. Keep up the good work!

I was able to get all my pet supplies at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and has a well detailed knowledge of what they are talking about. They answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning to shop here again.

Dan in the fish department is the most knowledgeable employee Ive met at a pet store. He is very kind and I could tell that he cared about his job and the animals. Give that guy a raise!
