First time, I came in to buy a pet fish for my sons, the cashier who was greeting other customers as they entered, did not even bother to say Hello. I suppose it was because we are not caucasian like the other customers. Once I asked for the fish we wanted an employee, seemed knowledgeable, but was not at all friendly seemed a bit rude at times, like she didnt want to help us. I have been to other petsmarts, and have never been treated so poorly. I hope other people dont have to go through this as well. Racism doesnt help business.

Not impresssed the staff here is rude ,the women thats big w blonde hair just man handles my fish when I asked for them And Friday night when I came in at 7 was told shes to busy to let me just "visit" the cats I want something done also when I asked for help w my shopping No one was able to leave the register wtf I work retail and if I treated customers like this I would be fired #shameonyou

The pet salon in wonderful all the staff is very knowledgeable me and my girlfriend took our cat in to get bathed and spot shaved they had it done quickly snd without issue. The store is also well kept and clean.
