My boyfriend and I went to look for engagement for myself and at first it was okay but they did not take what I was looking into consideration. I had saw one ring and although it was nice, it wasnt what I was looking for. However, they didnt care, they only cared about making a sale. My boyfriend and I felt stressed and rush which is something we didnt want to experience, at all. Thankfully we did not settle for the ring, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone especially couples. Recent update: To those looking to purchase any jewelry please avoid this establishment. My boyfriend and I went in to look for an engagement ring for myself and were assisted by two of their employees who were quite rude and uneccesarily pushy. The gave us the option of a leasing program which we had put in our information. However, my boyfriend and I didnt like how we were treated because it was that making a sale was the only thing that was important, not whether or not I like the engagement ring we were looking at. A week after this I see an inquiry on my credit report and a credit card came in the mail for myself and my boyfriend. A credit card that we did not consent to, nor did we sign any paperwork for it. We were not told that our information waa being used to open a credit account. Please be wary of this establishment and be careful, always ask questions. What they did was wrong and I hope this does not happen to others.

Went in looking for a wedding band I had seen online. Unfortunately the store did not carry it. But the lady working, Maria, asked about the price of the ring I had been intending on purchasing. She found a similarly priced band and said they could customize this and add some blue diamonds that way it would match the engagement ring. I ended up purchasing a fancier style ring and had them swap out a few of the diamonds for blue diamonds. Maria and her manager were absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The manager did what she could to get me a great discount and gift certificates. They never tried to upsell me which I greatly appreciated. The fact that they went out of their way to find a solution and within my budget to get me exactly what I wanted was so refreshing. Would definitely recommend working with Maria and her manager.

My sweet Mother had her rings made there She went in to repair a prong, first the gal told her it wasnt under warranty My Mom explained it was, but had her name in there wrong , back and forth the gal saw mom was correct Theres a real sweet gal in there knows my mom by name The sweet gal was showing her ring guards cmon my mom is in her late 80s she saw 2090 thinking it was 20.90 not 2090.00 So of course she didnt want them , and was trying to get out to make the store to make last end of lunch at Old country Buffet So she explained she was kinda in a hurry , and the dumb smart ass gal said of course she is not buying them especially when she eats at OLd country Buffet She was maybe in her 40s Black hair Learn some customer service Ignorance is Bliss

Recently went to Kay to pick up my wedding set that had to get resized and repaired. The turn around time was fast less, than a week. My ring turned out great, also since I was there I decided to get birthday gift for my husband. The team was helpful to not only getting me the most fabulous movado watch, but to also offering me additional discounts thats I was not even aware of which brought the price down. Great people work there and I have only had the nicest experience every time. The manager is awesome and her and her team do an exceptional job to make jewelry shopping an eventful experience. Thanks again!!!

Dont waste your time here. A friend and I were walking thru the mall and we both noticed a couple of really cute pieces of jewelry. We stopped walked over and were looking at them. There were no other customers. There were 3 employees sitting on their butts gossiping. They looked straight at us and continued gossiping. They didnt even stop to say hello we will be right with you. We stood there for a good five minutes waiting to be helped and it was a complete waste of our time.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so friendly. I think it would help the associates if they updated to a new POS system. They are using one thats very outdated.
