Disappointed with service . I brought in a necklace I wore everyday for 10 years when it finally broke . They fixed it in 5 mins charged 20 and I wore it 3 days later when it was broken again . The said it broke in a different place and again charged 20, for 5 min work . I wore it once 2 days later and it fell apart with no provocation . When brought it back they again wanted 20 and said it was my fault. At this point I felt they did not stand by their work . Perhaps they should have said dont bother fix this necklace as youll be back every 3 days and well charge 20 each time .

I brought in a solid gold 18K ring weighing 8 grams and they said it was only worth $50!!! I was insulted. I took it to a simple Mall "Cash for Gold" kiosk and they more than doubled that to $113 on the same day. Ive taken it to two other places and its gold value has more than doubled from what Gold Rush Jewelers would have given me. I would have been totally cheated if I sold all my gold jewelry there. Im staying away...

Have an exotic Swiss watch that several "experts" said had to be shipped back to the factory for battery replacement. Gold Rush did it in 10 minutes, for the promised (coupon) price. Yes, its still waterproof. Great job, courteous service, fast.
