I went to get a watch battery replaced. The woman that assisted me called my watch cheap (its no Tag, but its not a $25 Wal-Mart special either), couldnt figure out how to remove the back and then referred me to Sears. I wont be back. I dont care if someone brings you a watch out of a vending machine, you dont insult your customer or their item. I ended up watching a video tutorial and replaced the battery myself. Took 2 minutes.

Good for mid grade jewelry. Their lifetime guarantee is a must buy for any pieces that cost a significant amount of money. Have replaced many stones and whole pieces due to normal wear damage over the years. Thats part of the deal. Any damage and they fix or replace. Worth the extra cost up front. Just dont let them talk you into it on a piece under $100. Not worth it for that little of a purchase.

Ok store and staff but like most Fred Meyer stores, they remove more and more of the popular or convenient name brand items and replace them with the fred meyer brand product which is a lower quality product. Especially annoying with their Simple Truth products which from what Ive read are NOT organic products. Prices on non-food items are higher than other stores.

Went here for my watch battery replaced as well. $16.75 seems a bit much when I can do it myself for half. Quick service though, only about 10 minutes.

If you are dressed nicely they will fawn over you. Dress less nice and instantly you become criminalized and treated as such .
