I am not from Santa Rosa and looked around for a watch repair jeweler. I called Gold Rush about reattaching the face of my Movado Sapphire. There was no damage and was an easy fix. They said they would send it to their watch repair man and see if he could do it. I received a call and they said he would be able to do it, but it would cost 90 dollars. This was after a 30 dollar deposit. When I went to pick up my watch there was a sticky note on the envelope that my watch was in. It read to fix this watch it is going to cost 40 dollars. I pointed it out to the clerk which she was trying to back pedal so fast it was insane. She tried to say oh that was because of the shipping cost and what we make on our end. They completely and insanely up marked the cost of the Movado being fixed. Do NOT take your business here. They will gouge you.

Counterfeit jewelry??? Gold Rush Jewelers sold a Skagan gold watch that had no serial number and could therefore could not be registered or authenticated by the manufacturer and was determined by them to be counterfeit and only gold in color. Gold Rush Jewelers said no refund, even for counterfeit jewelry, and will be sued for fraud and intentional misrepresentation.
