This place must be allergic to profits. We came in here to price a 2 specific rings and we were left waiting around while the sales clerk was on the phone. We found the maker of the rings we were looking for, but they only had one ring. So the sales clerk said she could get the catalog and order the other. Cool! We waited another 20 minutes while she fumbled around searching for it. When another couple came in, she started conversing with them. Meanwhile, another sales clerk came and we pulled out the second ring and when we looked at the price, we told her it was $50 cheaper at their competitors store. She stared at us blankly and said "Well its this price here." We exited immediately! FYI: Every kiss does not begin with Morgan!

I had been admiring a particular ring for about a year. This store had both sizes transferred in from other stores for me so I could decide. When I made the decision to purchase, they took care of all my needs. They fixed my original wedding ring and made it white gold. They made sure to get my rings back to me as quickly as possible. Rick was great...he delivered my rings to me as soon as they were available. I love my new and original rings...they are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend shopping at Morgans. I purchased my original ring 19yrs ago from Rick...and he remembered!

Just needed some links put into my Android Wear watch. Called before hand, and was told they could do it. After 30 minutes of 3 ladies banging with hammers and pulling with pliers, they determined they couldnt get the pins out. There was one pin protruding at this point, which they tried banging on for another 10 minutes before giving me back my watch, to tell me they couldnt get it back in. It was then suggested that I take it to a jeweler in Clackamas. Really? After an hour here, by the airport?

Found the perfect wedding set at this location! The sales staff was excellent and friendly. I asked if they had a military discount and they do! The manager and sales staff are very appreciative of us military men and women that have served! Will shop there again!

Left a watch for repair with them. After several months I got the watch back - unrepaired. Communication was very poor. Despite their promises to call and update me on progress they rarely did. The manager was never available to speak to either.
