I can SWEAR ON MY LIFE that everything I mention below is TRUE. I have to warn people who want to purchase jeweleries, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I placed the orders with the sales Katelyn and she made the promise all the orders will be handled for sure. After almost a whole month, almost 40% orders were not processed at all!! Their store manager Jill insisted it was my fault because I FORCED them to take the orders?! I could not believe they forwarded the responsibility to me. If the orders were not taken, then why did you ask me to put the money down? You people had the chance to tell me you were not able to take the orders before the end of the promotion, and you DID NOT. It was really IRRESPONSIBLE. To sum up, I really have to warn people who want to shop the jeweleries in this store, THINK TWICE. Ben Bridge and Morgan Jewelery are just right in the Clackamas Town Center and you will get better service there, At least, people in there are honest and will not CHEAT the customers.

WOW! Best experience that I have ever had with a Jewelry store. I have been to many places and the customer service was overwhelming and pushy. This was the first time that I have never felt pressured to buy something right then and there. I felt so comfortable and not pressured what so ever. Paula is the best sales representative that I have ever worked with as well. She was so nice, efficient and truly cared about me and my situation. She remembered my name, my story and even my husbands name that she had never met. Because of my experience I will always go back there for all of my jewelry needs! Thanks Jared and Paula :) P.S I have been in there 4+ times and it is always great.
