I have always loved Barnes & Noble, good selection of books and magazines and anything you are interested you can find it there. At this location I asked if they had a magazine that was just released this month and the girl at the counter wasnt sure if they had sold out or if they did not get them in yet so she called over a gentleman at the counter and asked him... he turned to me and in a very rude manner told me there are so many magazine vender he wouldnt know and NO they do not have any in the back and they do not special order magazines. I do not recall asking any of those questions and I did go home and ordered the magazine on my tablet which I will do from now on. I also no longer want to hang out in that location... not like they will miss me.

There really is nothing that can replace a real book. I am grateful for the few bookstores that are surviving this brutal environment for retail businesses where one can sit down and enjoy a coffee while picking up the next book on their to-do list. The staff is always helpful and informative here and I always feel welcome and happy to come to this bookstore. Support your local bookstores and your local businesses. This place reminds me why sometimes it is well worth the little bit of extra effort to drive to a nearby shop and spend some time around real people.

The rudest manager Ive ever encountered runs this Barnes and Noble. She refused a return of a journal in its packaging because I marked out the price on the tag for my girlfriend as a Christmas present...barcode and number visible, just the price. Then she spoke to me in a very accusatory, angry way for no reason. In all honesty, she seemed like a crook and am calling the national number tonight. Working in retail for 3 years taught me a lot but I came into that job with manners to begin with. Her store doesnt deserve the business...

Went in to order a book from them, and had the easiest time of it- I was kind of surprised really, because at the time they were very busy, and it always seems like that is a recipe for unhappiness. I will be coming back to this store to order the books I want, and to browse their shelves- I kinda figure they earned my business with the "Can do" attitude they have. Thanks guys!

I went into this Barnes and Noble under the assumption that I would be able to find a book that I was considering purchasing on their website, but my assumption was wrong. While there was nothing particularly wrong with this store, I removed a star simply for how long it took me to find the section I was looking for unaided. Short of that, this location is great.

I can only comment on the coffee shop, I didnt shop for books. The coffee shop is large, with lots of tables, and is an excellent "out if office" work space. Its relatively quiet, and the big open space helps diffuse the espresso machine noise. The coffee was good, the service was excellent, and prices are comparable to other coffee shops.

Busy, crowded, EXPENSIVE (SO much cheaper on Amazon!) NO price tags on the coloring books. No order, rhyme or reason to the way the coloring books were displayed. Lots of parking stalls, few close to the store. Only 1 employee offered to help when we were looking for books. Not impressed today. Think Ill stick to Amazon.

Wide selection of books to choose and read from. Love their little coffee shop there, so you could just lounge, drink/eat a little something and read. Prices are kind of expensive, but I mean, the selection is just large. If they dont have a book in stock, theyll order it for you and it will be there quickly. Well done...

Lines are long, usually only 1 or 2 cashiers. Book prices are just insane as well. Id rather get the e-book versions from an online competitor for a third the price. Or even buy the actual book used for half the price from the same competitor.

Theyve recently moved all the new books out of each section and grouped them together at the front of the store and down aisles on tables. You can no longer go to your favorite section to see whats new. Not a fan of this approach.

Great selection and helpful staff; Nice, large bookstore. I dropped by to grab a last minute birthday gift, card and bag and found a few more things to buy too, and was able to use a mobile 20% off coupon from my email.

I thought this location was fantastic, as most Barnes and Noble are- great array of all varieties of books, cool magazines and merchandise. My only complaint is the confusing organization in some of the book sections

Your typical B&N with Starbucks and a wide assortment of books. No media section at this location, but thats a rarity these days anyway. Friendly service, just what I come to expect from Barnes and Noble.

Quiet, chilled, and friendly. Only thing that bugs me is the Starbucks is a franchise so you cant use your Starbucks gift card, or collect points, and the manager for SB is aggressively tries to up sell.

The staff was extremely helpful asking me if I had found what I wanted as I was on my way out empty handed. When I said no and told them what I had wanted they found it and turned failure into success.

I love coming in here to check out the current books on display.They always seem to have a great selection of clearance books. Which make for fantastic gifts! Parking can sometimes be an issue.

This place makes you feel great! Buy a book and a coffee then kick back and relax. Great place for getting gifts. The store is clean and organized. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Great selection here and lots of friendly staff. Theyll order a book for you if you dont see it on the shelf. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the cashier line is long.

A great B&N store. They have a cafe area which many lack and the store is very large with a great play area for kids.There is nothing I could not find here.
