If I could give them a zero or negative stars I would. Ive used their automated system 3 months in a row and its never filled. Called in after the automated system didnt fill them and spoke with a staff member, were not filled with any of the calls. Had to go in each time and get them filled. This has happened 3 months in a row. Oh and the prescription I need, they NEVER have in stock. So I have had to wait a couple of days each time. I dont even know if this is ignorance or just outright laziness and stupidity. For goodness sakes take pride in your job and do what you get paid for. Ive worked as a pharmacy tech before and its not a hard job. I hate this place. Then this time, I just called and was on the phone and got hung up on 5 times, even spoke with a manager on duty for the store and still had to call in another 3 times to get an answer...oh and my answer that was received, oh well we dont have that in stock, so you can call in on Monday to see if we can get it in.... Ooh ok... what the hell is customer service to them? Thats not customer service to me.

I had no problems until a little over a year ago. They dont receive "called in" prescription renewals, or they loose a renewal request. Ive had a problem every month I use their recorded refill. The head Pharmacist is great, but they have problems with a rotation of staff, and call in refills.

They get your medicine messed up or they fill medicines you dont use anymore. They also get your insurance to pay for stuff you do not want but can not take back. I plan on changing places.
