BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!! Omg the worst experience We have ever had.... My husband was looking to get a custom setting for my 3ct diamond ..after 24 years he was replacing my setting should have been a wonderful happy time!! .Reverence told him that they can do it no problem..they do not design anything they send it out .....so the owner had him leave $1500 cash my husband never ordered anything why did they want his money in cash??? when he could not reach them after 3 days.. To tell them he wanted his cash back the owner told him that she didnt have it and she had used it on her bills and he was not getting a refund... How can a biz keep money for no products or services provided?He never ordered anything so, there was no special order placed i would understand that. The woman was crying to my husband.. How unprofessional. She never once said sorry no remorse for stealing our money and using it for her "bills" ????? That has to be illegal at least .... He had to threaten local, police. Her Husband on the telephone had to yell at the woman and tell her she was to give a full refund!!!! My husband left with 300 and a signed note for 1200 on wed.. Should I call police???? She also told my husband she didnt want to do biz with us...HA then quit stealing and we would be done........ bottom line they should have not taken any money for a service they do not provide!! never let anyone talk you into giving them cash by promising a discount use a credit card!!! so you have protection from people with biz that steal from the public i have bills toooo

Love and trust this store! Always try and stop by whenever Im in Gig Harbor, and always enjoy the experience. My Mom also loves their selection, which has a little bit of everything. They are always accommodating on prices and go out of their way to help. Super friendly.

Wonderful store!! They always work with me on price and I can even put my favorite things on lay-a-way if I need to. Very nice people, beautiful jewelry, great value and fair prices. Love them!!
