Expect a nice run around and horrible sales pitches. Purchased an engagement ring and was incredibly excited to give it to her (She said yes). I was told the ring I purchased would have a certificate saying where it came from and that it was certified as part of the Kimberly project against conflict diamonds. When I picked up the ring there was no certificate, it was a little annoying but I was promised that it was conflict free. This should have been the first tip that they will say anything for a sale instead of being honest. After about a month I noticed one of the sapphires had a noticeable flaw because of a poor cut. Because of the cut, one stone was much smaller and shows a different color in the light. Being that they are a large jeweler I figured it was an honest mistake so I went back to the jeweler and asked about getting the flaw fixed or doing an exchange. They said they would be happy to find comparable stones and they would get back to me with options in a few days. After a week passed, I went back and asked for a status on the replacement stones, and was told that he was still looking at other stores and suppliers and to give him a few more days. After another week had past without a response, I go back into the store, and was told a few options, they tried to upsell me on larger stones that were double the price or that for 200.00 we could send the stones out to get finished. I said that neither of these were suitable options, I spent enough already and I want you to stand behind your product. Please find me two 4mm sapphires like the ones I ordered. He said he would order some and they should be here within five business days. I came in four days later to find exactly what I wanted after a month of getting the run around. The salesperson then tells me these sapphires would be 400.00 more than the ones I had purchased. Feeling annoyed, I said I am simply going to get the ring back from my fiancee and return it. This is not the customer service I expected after spending thousands on a ring. Upon returning the next day with the ring, 91 days had passed and I was passed the return policy. I now have to buy new sapphires. The company had no intention of being helpful, they either wanted to upsell me or run out the clock on the return policy. Spend your money somewhere else!

Very, very good customer service. I came in 5 minutes before closing, yet I was still taken in to look without feeling pressured or rushed to leave. We came back two days later to purchase! Without asking, my jeweler put my diamond under the microscope for me to see. Ring was sized quickly, and even though it unfortunately was too small (not their fault, it was sized as ordered just did not fit), they resized it and put a rush on it without me asking. I highly recommend this store, my jeweler Salome (she really makes it feel like shes there for me!) and the diamonds they carry. Im very pleased with my solitaire Ikuma engagement ring. Highly highly recommended!

The staff at this store are extremely nice. They arent desriminatory or rude. They are always helpful and are patient too. This is a great place to go for Pandora bracelets too!
