I went in with a stone that belonged to my mom with the intent of having an engagement ring made for my to-be-finance. Thomas walked me through the options and was able to create a very nice, simple piece at a reasonable price that served quite well. We may go back and upgrade the ring at some point, but even a simple design in 14k gold was very beautiful. Skill and craftsmanship are about equal in my book with character and they seem to have both. They dont have the most extensive collection in the store but let him make you something and I dont think you will be disappointed.

Tom and Kim were absolutely a breath of fresh air for this very important jewelry purchase. They were recommended by a family member who kept raving about them, and now I understand why. Excellent customer service--patience with all of my questions and education on what will last and what wont(insert big chain-store jewelers here), no pressure to purchase, extremely talented craftsmen(daily compliments on the custom ring); absolute first class. They worked with her to make some custom modifications to an existing ring, and were more than happy to use a diamond that I provided on my own. Very high quality craftsmanship and level of service that resulted in a beautiful ring. Recommended highly.

Great place. Friendly and professional. We had our wedding necklaces and engagement ring made by Thomas, I just came with a design and got it done within a month. He also fixes rings, earrings etc. They also have a diversity of rings and necklace. If you shop small business and competent folks, go there !

Very positive experience -- had a pendant with a chain that broke off the soldered jump rings. Visited the shop to ask about having it repaired and, since it was a simple fix, they fixed it quickly on the spot and free of charge. Very happy -- would recommend!
