Just got another amazing tattoo from Tony (earlier review below). Came in with an idea and he listened carefully to what I was looking for showing me pictures of similar work he had done before. He drew directly onto me which makes the tattoo look like it was meant to be there, fitting perfectly across the top of my shoulder and arm. The artwork is beautiful and you could tell that he enjoyed completing the tattoo. For anyone worried about cleanliness, it was reassuring to watch him set up the tattoo area cleaning with spray multiple times, setting up with new plastics on everything and changing his gloves often. Comfortable and relaxing experience getting a tattoo in a clean, friendly environment. Couldnt ask for anything better! I would highly recommend getting work done by Tony. Review from 2012: My experience with Tony was great! Even though I was just getting a small tattoo I felt like he took a lot of time and care into my appointment. He asked about what I wanted to listen to and when I had no suggestions he talked with me about the musicians he was currently listening to. Tony took the drawing I had brought in and altered it slightly with my permission to make it look better. He made sure I was comfortable with the size and positioning of the tattoo, and adjusted it as needed. He was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the tattoo and also making small talk. I have already recommended Tony to a friend as I had such a great experience! I will definitely be back once I have decided on my next tattoo.

I have gotten two tattoos done at local shops before going to this shop. Each tattoo turned out horrible and I had to invest way too much in fixing it to my standards. I made a promise to myself to never go to local shop again and just drive to my favorite shop located in seattle. Sure it damaged the wallet a little more but in the end it was worth it. About a year ago my friend kept going on and on about this shop he had been going to and that I really should check it out. I was a little reluctant to go considering my horrible luck with local shops but after seeing my friends work I decided to give it try. Let me tell you this is now my FAVORITE shop. It saves me so much money not having to go to seattle!! Not to mention I leave more happy with the work I recieve there. Everyone there is full of talent. They are ALL artists, they actually draw out there designs rather than tracing. The shop is always really neat and everyone always has a great attitude there. Everyone there knows what they are doing. One of my favorite aspects are that they dont charge a arm and a leg for tattoos. Each tattoo I have ever done from them is worthy of winning an award at a tattoo convention. My favorite artist are Derrell and Fat Tony. All the guys are great but they are my favorite. Im sure if you go to this shop it will turn into your favorite and leave a huge impact. I never thought anything good about local shops would ever come out of my mouth until I came across them! Cheers!

I found Everett Tattoo Emporium to be all business when it mattered and laid back enough to make me comfortable. I am very satisfied with my experience. My sister and I came in to get matching dark mark tattoos. Double D took our two sample pictures and tweaked a few things, I had no problem giving him the go ahead to do what he felt the piece needed as he exuded a humble confidence that put me at ease and left me no doubt as to his ability as an artist. I never even looked at a portfolio, I didnt feel the need. When everything was said and done we left feeling guilty, because the tattoo was way more impressive and detailed than we had expected for the money we had agreed on. I wish I could leave a business everyday feeling like I got the better end of the bargain. Perhaps then we would have been able to come up with a tip more befitting the caliber of tattoo, and great customer service. I would recommended Double D any day, his hand was very steady, and he seemed to have no problems with fine detail.

Ladies who are wanting a piercing, read this review especially. I went in for probably the most awkward, and uncomfortable piercing you could possibly get as a women- a vertical hood piercing. I wanted to come here especially because Fat Tony is absolutely awesome! He pierced my belly button a year previous to this. When I came for my appointment, Tony made me feel really comfortable. Rather then just having me sit on the piercing chair half naked, he put a paper towel over my lap until he needed it out of the way. On top of that, he made sure that he pierced me quickly and as painlessly as possible. All in all, the piercing turned out just how I would expect it to look! Great pricing too. FOR ANY LADY WANTING A VERTICAL HOOD PIERCING- Go to Tony. Especially for being a guy piercer, he made it a very comfortable environment to be in. Thanks Tony! Ill go back for piercings/tattoos anyday!

I made an appointment to get my daith pierced. Its been a long time since Ive gotten a piercing and I was super nervous and very picky about where I wanted to go. I ended up here with Johan. The place was very clean and organized, and the girl at the desk was friendly. He told me what he was doing the whole time and walked me through it, with no bullshit which I liked. He was amazing to say the least and so knowledgeable about the piercing and the nerves since I was doing it in hope it will help my migraines. He knew so much about it, which made me feel very comfortable be at ease. Im so glad I came here, I would highly recommend him! Im going to make sure to send all my coworkers to him for their piercings, because he knows what hes doing! And the price was definitely fair, not to cheap to be concerning and not to pricey.

I showed up to Everett Tattoo Emporium as a walk in and was greeted promptly by Tony. It looked pretty busy, so I was expecting to be given the option to come back another day. Yet, Tony was able to squeeze me in after sketching up my tattoo lettering. While I was waiting for him to prepare for me, many people came in and out of the shop. It was a pretty busy day and yet everyone was greeted and helped in a very timely manner. I was extremely impressed. Tony’s work is phenomenal and I am extremely happy with my experience. He even touched up an older tattoo I had that needed a lot of help. All of this service and kindness without an appointment and to top it off, later I found out that it was actually his day off!! What a guy!! I WILL be coming back for more ink and recommending that others to check this place out.

A little belated, as Ive had my piercings from Fat Tony for a while now. Two months ago I went and had my hips pierced here, by far the most reasonably priced shop around. I got a few quotes from $100-$190 for both, and found myself at Everett Tattoo Emporium and only paid $80. Fantastic, right?! I also went in about a month ago to get my septum done. On to Tony: He is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he easy going and free with his smiles and laughter, he reads body language really well. He can tell exactly how nervous you are, and work with you on breathing and relaxing. I barely felt all three of the piercings, and theyre healing well to this day. I highly recommend going here for piercings in the Everett area.
