Doesnt accept very legitimate returns... I was once a faithful customer of this store. We would always take friends and family here on visits. All of my work clothes as well as many gifts that I purchased came from this store. I could easily say Id blown thousands of dollars here. About a month ago I purchased two sleeping bags. before using them we washed them according to manufacturing recommendations. When they got out of the was we immediately saw an issue. The poly-fibers within the sleeping bag had begun to unravel and coat the outside of the sleeping bag. It was clearly a quality issue, and never having any problems with their merchandise I decided to return the defective product. I took my receipt and my two sleeping bags down to the store and manager was immediately resistant. He attempted to claim we were at fault and didnt wash them correctly. He acted as though he was going to talk to the store owner to "see what they could do." He left me a voicemail that weekend stating that they werent going to honor my return without any justification. It was very clear that they couldnt care less about getting behind their product or doing right by a faithful customer. I will no longer be a customer at this store. Ill buy my goods elsewhere. They lost a customer, as well as someone who proudly touted their store over $130 worth of cheap chinese made merchandise.

Ive been doing business with Work Sports since they opened, and with the owners from their prior similar business in Enumclaw for over 25 years. They are kind, helpful, and wonderful people who support the community in so many ways. The staff is amazing - just ask a question, and they will help you out! Great selection of boots & socks (we hikers love that!), and fun camping stuff. A true Enumclaw gem.

Needed to stop in and get some rain jackets mid-trip (I know, who comes to Washington without a rain jacket....this girl). The staff was very nice, like neighbor helping you out nice. The store was cute and packed with gear. I would go here again if I find myself needing gear and am in the area.

Why wouldnt I love this place? A hometown store with old world charm, loaded to the brim with all sorts of great products, What stores used to be like, till the box stores came into being. Everyone is friendly and willing to help if you need it. I wish I lived closer, Id stop by more often.

Its a great place to find everything you need before you head out to the Great Outdoors. Really friendly people and you can find everything you need from a fishing license to hiking shoes to sunglasses to hats. I also get all the ammunition for my guns and plenty of targets.
