The tags on the sleeping bags were all wrong and the surly sales associate clearly was annoyed that I noticed. Another shopper had bought something and when she got to the checkout, the price was more than the tag on the shelf said. Same sales associate was annoyed again that someone noticed that things were not tagged properly. This store is poorly run. I hope all stores in this chain are not this poorly staffed and maintained.

Went in to purchase 3 pair of shoes. Employee was less than helpful. Asked for a pair to try on and when he brought the wrong pair he just disappeared... waited another 10 minutes and decided to spend my money elsewhere. Nobody asked me if they could help on my way out. All three employees working were just huddled over in a corner talking. Disappointing!

one of my favorite stores to get some basic running or cycling gear in the eugene/springfield area. it was easy to find discounts on running shorts and shirts, cycling shorts, basic shorts, hiking shoes, base layers, sunglasses, workout gloves, etc... MOST of the stuff would last also... even though a few discount things would break right away.
