I have long shopped at Winco and have been treated with respect, courtesy and compassion every tome. Today, on an extremely busy shopping day (July 3rd) a friend and were coming to shop and when getting the carts for disabled shoppers, it wouldnt work. When I went to ask for help at the customer service desk, they were polite, and promptly got a person to come out and help.us. Turns out it was the manager, which we didnt know until later. He checked the cart, it was indeed not working and he personally went to both the parking lot and the store to see if another was available. My friend and I were sitting comfortably for the few minutes it took and he brought it right to us. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service and caring attitude, it was very much appreciated. Its not lost on me, an old customer service employee of many years and in different areas of service, that this was a very busy time of year and couldve been problematic to chase this down, and yet they did. Stopped in to do some grocery shopping this morning, made eye contact with a passing night crew worker, greeted him, and he proceeded to keep walking and start laughing, assumedly at my attempt to be friendly. I can understand if he hates his life because hes working a dead-end job in a store that feels like a sterilized hospital operating room, but thats no reason to be overtly abrasive towards friendly customers. I typically avoid confrontation of any sort so if I see him in the store again Ill probably give him another shot, although I doubt it will go any differently. If he feels the need to continue acting in the same manner then I will gladly have a civil discussion with his manager. Great prices, though.

WinCo is a great place to shop! They have your basic staple needs at Very good prices, for instance, Zoka Greek yogurt at QFC almost $5! WinCo $2.49!! Need hamburger regular specials $3.68/ lb compared to Fred Meyers $4.88/ lb! Bluk foods duper great prices my almond vanilla granola at Fred Meyer $4 / lb! At WinCo $1.63 / lb.!!! Good bakery wonderful vegetables selection blueberries $3.50 for an 18 oz pack thats going fast! Friendly staff helpful! Could do with a little bit better beer selection but great prices on that too $7.99 for a 6 pack Fred Meyer same beer almost $10.00!!! Sheesh! Greedy Freddies and QFC!

What can I say? I LOVE WinCo!! Great prices, great selections and their bulk foods section is amazing! Downfalls: 1) Bagging your own groceries during busy times when You have a LARGE grocery list. Id bring someone to help if you can when you plan on stocking up on items. 2) Starting aroind 10 PM, the night stockers are usually crowding up the isles with boxes, pallets, forklifts and all around chaos. If this doesnt bother you, then you shouldnt have a problem. 3) Lastly, since this store is 24 HRS They do close off sections of the store/Isles to buff/clean floors.

This is the friendliest food store (chain?) that Ive ever visited. I honestly get a good feeling every time I speak with someone that works there. The typical customer doesnt seem to be annoyed, in a rush or a jerk, which is great! It must be the vibe being put out by those that own and work at the store! They have a ton of options and can easily replace most competitors for 90% of your food and slight other home needs. Great job!

The prices arent great, but the selection is massive so I love it here. I found some products here that I thought no longer existed, so theyve got in my favorites. The bulk goods section is incredible as well! You can get a wide variety of seasonings or mixes, and dried fruits for pretty cheap in the bulk goods. Something Ive never seen out here before. Happy they came. Not 5 stars because the lines are always so long.

Decent prices on the standard processed poisonous food.....not many healthy food items...and...its waaay to bright in there...feels like shopping in a stadium...which is unpleasant.....also the self check out lines are to restrictive....unfolding a paperbag makes you have to wait for the attendant.

If you cant find something the employees go out of their way to show you where it is. If your at the register and couldnt find something they make sure you have it before leaving. I love the bulk food section. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh selections. Meats are choice packs priced right.

It was as expected but a wonderful lady that worked there actually asked me if I was finding everything ok. That made me smile. Most of the wincos I go to that never happens unless you are at the meat department. Things were hard to find but that was my first time at that particular Winco.

I love this location, and the prices are fairly reasonable. I find many of the things I buy here more affordable than most competitors. Also, the store is fairly clean. For anyone not buying in bulk and will be paying with cash or debit (they do not accept credit), I recommend WinCo.

They always have what I am looking for at surprisingly low prices. Just bring cash or debit and your own bags. Be prepared to bag your own. Which is no problem for me, I prefer it. Just saying, cuz every time I go someone is surprised by the payment and or bagging policy.

The prices are definitely a savings. I was impressed by the selection and the low prices. Clean, well organized. Very large and roomy aisles. The best bulk selection Ive ever seen. Great store. So long Safeway. Bye bye Fred Meyer. Hello WinCo!

Very large store with everything! Prices are better than anywhere else. Nice looking produce and clean meat department. Only downside is you have to bag your own groceries, but you will save hundreds of dollars per month so its worth it.

Weve wanted a Winco close to us for years. Since 2005 weve shopped at Winco, even though back then it meant driving to Kent from Edmonds to do so. Now its in our own back yard and it is glorious! Cant sing the praises enough!

I love making my own peanut butter, and their amazing selection of other bulk foods. Great prices, quality products, and they treat their employees right! I will no longer shop at stores that treat their workers like garbage.

Fabulous store for getting all the groceries you need. Only downside to this store versus the one in Bellingham is that here they dont have the 10 +/- pound rolls of ground beef. That was a real life saver in meal planning.

Great place. Love the prices, but with the amount of money that must come through here (always PACKED) one would think they could invest in some better bags. Man, a breeze would rip these things. Upgrade! Handles!

As with all WinCo, I love the convenience of 24hr and the very low prices. Also Jamie (graveyard) is always very kind, the best cashier! The other staff there are great too, I dont know their names.
