I presented for an appointment set up by my ophthalmologist for what I was told was going to be a simple eye pressure check. I receive very frequent and thorough care from uveitis and retina specialists. I verified in my phone calls with the office staff what I was presenting for and they stated they understood. I stated what I was needing again upon presentation. When the staff began to put me through an entire eye exam, I demurred as I had just had one performed two weeks prior and was there for a simple check. When Dr. Scott came into the room I attempted to explain my understanding and he became quite hostile with me and insisted I have an eye exam performed. I tried multiple times to bridge this misunderstanding. He verified that my ophthalmologist had contacted him and that he still "had" to perform an entire eye before he would agree to do a pressure test (which can be performed by a tech), he issued an ultimatum that I had to agree to sit for this eye exam due to liability and legality. He insinuated that I was expecting him to perform a service without payment (I would have paid for the pressure check, this was never discussed with me). He was demeaning and disrespectful. I stated puzzlement at the contentiousness of the discussion and explained I felt we had a difference of expectations. He remained haughty and disdainful. I expressed to him I felt his manner was rude and that I wasnt sure why things had gone this way. He put his hand up, walked away and shut the door to his office. On my way out, the receptionist attempted to collect a $25 copay - no services were rendered, which I explained to her, she did not pursue the copay. I would NEVER set foot in this establishment again, Dr Scott did not attempt to communicate with me, problem solve this in any way and his manner was extremely rude.

When moving to Chelan, WA 12 years ago, I needed to find an eye doctor. Dr Nathan Scott was recommended to me so I called and made an appointment. I can honestly say that the reception & care on my first visit was outstanding and that the reception & care over the years has remained outstanding. Professional, kind & caring. Dr Scotts office and medical staff are also amazing. They have wonderful way of making you feel welcome and cared about. I am one happy patient and would highly recommend Dr Scott and his staff to anyone that wants exceptional care. Thank you Dr Scott & girls, you all are truly appreciated!!! Blessings Colleen

The eye exams I have received at Spectrum Eye Care are the most thorough exams I have ever had. I have been coming here for over 9 years. They have brand new up to date equipment. They offer so many new advanced screenings that I wouldn’t have the opportunity to receive at other locations. The service is amazing. The staff is attentive and professional. The office is clean and always smells amazing. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and why I choose to have my entire family come here.

The glasses were totally worthless, scratched and cloudy when I requested that they use my prescription to get new lenses put in they said the prescription was void and they could not. Wanted me to have a new exam and get new frames. Then they would not even give me a copy of the prescription that did not have void on it. Boy what a racket!!!!

Dr. Scott and his staff were amazing. They were so fun and laughed at all my terrible jokes. They worked through my issues with my eye balls and made me feel so comfortable. Bonus: No eye puff machine!!!!!+
