Dr. Staten and his team provide extremely efficient and professional personal care. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by the staff, I knew I was in good hands. After a thorough examination using the most up-to-date and cutting edge equipment, Dr. Staten gave my eyes a clean bill of health (except for the beginnings of cataracts!), and a new prescription. From the exam room I was escorted to the incredibly complete and quite varied showroom of frame options. I simply couldnt believe the number of choices available to me. I was impressed with Dr. Staten, and his staff, for the attention to detail that made me so comfortable knowing I was getting the best of professional care. The entire visit left me with a smile on my face. I heartily and strongly recommend Dr. Staten and EyeTech VisionCare!

Ive been a patient for over 10 years and my dad 30 years and if you like being overcharged for any of the glasses and especially with contact lenses this place is for you. Not only do they lie or forget to fill your order on contact lenses they charge $150 to $200 more than what youd find on any online stores and make you wait 2 weeks for something that only takes 2 to 3 days to deliver to your front door. The staff is always pretentious and rude. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here since there is plenty of better more economical optometrist in Reno who dont turn their noses up when you walk in the door.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keyes for well over ten years. Since he moved to Baker Lane, the quality of the eyeglass service has declined to the point of ineptitude. On my last two eyeglass orders, it has taken an average of three visits and several weeks for his (unprofessional) staff to get an eyeglass order right, and it is clear there is no communication among staff.

I have been a patient of Eyetech Visioncare for 4 years, I see Dr. Staten regularly but recently I had to be seen urgently and was squeezed in right away by Dr. Keyes. The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I recommend Eyetech to everyone I meet. Thank you Dr. Staten and thank you to your staff for their assistance. PS My glasses are so cute!
