Well i just finally recently got finished dealing with this company on 2/25/17 and it was by far one of the worst experiences i have had from any business. First of all, I came all the way over there from Richmond, VA and when I finally got to Icon Moto Sport for the first time Wednesday 2/22/17 coming to seek my first bike, i soon realized that most of the bikes I seen online were not even there so their website is very outdated. The second day I came to this business which was on Thursday 2/23/17 i came to purchase the bike that I liked and when I got there the bike wasnt there. The manager told me that the bike had gone out early that morning when the dealership had opened, keep in mind that I got to the dealership around 1pm and waited for about a hour & 30 minutes until about 3:20pm because i had to work but it never came so i just paid for the bike and $200 cash for the bike to be transported back to Richmond in a timely manner because i trusted what he was saying was true. Now on my way back to Richmond i call back up to the dealership to check to see if the bike had made it back to the dealership from inspection and the manager told me yes. Then i asked "when will the bike be delivered?" the manager told me "if not today then definitely tomorrow" at the time it was Thursday so the bike was supposed to get to my location in Richmond no later than Friday. So Friday comes and im waiting all day for my bike so I called back up there right before they closed which is at 6pm to see where my bike is and then they told me that the bike will be delivered Saturday morning. So by this time i am livid because they keep giving me the run around on when my bike should get here, so once again i wait until Saturday morning to receive my bike and as 12pm gets here i notice that i still dont have my bike so i keep calling up there and they just keep giving the run around so by this time I already knew something was going on that they werent telling me. So eventually the driver calls my phone and tells me everything that he had to take the bike to multiple different shops to get it inspected so i am beyond mad not only because the dealership sold me a vehicle that was not inspected which by the way... *My review above is also on their Facebook page* Well once again this company keeps on proving to me that they are highly unprofessional and unfit to deal with any type of the customers problems. I am currently still dealing with this company because i still havent received my permanent tags almost two months after i bought the vehicle on 02/22/17 and i am now on my second temporary tags because my first temporary tags expired on 03/27/17. So in order to even receive my temporary tags i have to keep burning my gas to drive from Richmond, VA to VA Beach, VA to handle things that shouldve been taken care of a while ago. So once again i came back to "Icon Moto Sport" on 03/29/17 because i I was told that my tags were ready and as soon as i came through the door a so called manager said hello and told me to come into her office to talk and the whole time she just sitting there bashing me because i left a negative review about the company. Which last time i checked major companies like Wal-mart loved to hear back from their customers because theres a problem that needed to be addressed and thats how they became successful. Not once did she ask "is there anything we can do to help you have a better experience next time?" to keep me as a returning customer. It was way more that she said but bottom line this is proof that these people dont value your business. Now thanks to her talking too much Ive decided to take my overall experience to "Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board". If you deal with them, theres a high chance of you being in my situation. Dont take the risk. Heres the review, she was expecting (:

I had an amazing experience working with Jasmine as she provides some damn good customer service. I am glad I called the store and she answered because she was able to help me during the whole process. The people there are very personable and communicable. Originally I had this at 4 Stars but not have to edit this post to 2 Stars because of the feeling that I was caught up in the typical vehicle sales monstrosity. First, I was told there was an inspection done on the vehicles, considering you are unable to ride a bike when purchasing. You would think that they would do some extensive inspection to be done on their vehicles. Instead its just the basic State Inspection that has just a few items to check for to ensure the bike runs. The inspection determines the bike runs safely for the road, not good for the rider. Now, I went thru a little bit of hassle with them that I would like to not get into. After I took the overly priced bike to a mechanic within my family, there were a few things that needed me to do, costing me about $1500 total after spending over $10K on the bike. I havent had the chance to really ride it as much as I want to because its been in the shop more than I have had the chance to own it BUT I love the bike I just want to be able to ride it. Basically, if you are looking for a good bike to buy, you can buy it here but you could potentially be taking a big chance considering you wont be able to ride it. The owner may ride it for you but again, thats not you. Second, before that you could potentially not have the bike go thru an actual rigorous inspection. If there was, it wasnt documented and given to me. Third, be careful for the prices because this bike cost me $2,000 more than it is listed throughout multiple websites, companies, and organizations. Add the extra $1500 I spent and it was clearly overpriced. Hope this help anyone! I was a buyer that brought a check from my bank in hand. I made it a little easier for them but I do not feel the same easiness and integrity was given back. Thanks for reading!

Ordered a helmet from them and before helmet came in bike was stolen and totaled. Asked for refund was told yes come get it just bring receipt which I have and I get 5 minutes away on a 40 minute one way trip and Im called and told they dont have the cash to refund a hundred dollar helmet. Not sure what type of business doesnt have that amount of money at lunch time. Then I ask to speak to manager and Im told he will get to me when he can. They dont care about customers if y they did the manager would have been the one to explain that the funds werent available and apologized not had his incompetent employee call and basically say durrrrrrr we aint got the money. Very unhappy and to think I was gunna use insurance check to get a bike from them. Im inpatient because i was told the refund was waiting and i drove 40 minutes to find out that was a lie. Then the manager calls and is basically saying Im a liar there is no proof to my story, they dont have to do a refund, they have never done a refund in 7 years which is a complete joke. She just talks alot and thought she was running game while I recorded the entire conversation to show how confrontational she was and not one time did she say sorry or anything of that nature. Very nasty lady. Ahhh refund day has come and of course something is wrong. I show up after being verbally lashed by tthe owner and told that basically I should go f**k myself. He tried to get me angry and start a confrontation to basically get me to react so he could deny refund or kick me out of the store. Dwayne is just as nasty of a man as the lady was. It was so bad even his own employee appologized for her owner, now that says alot about his character and hers.I wish more people like the young lady that worked the counter were employed here. Might help them sell more of there overpriced over used bikes.
