The service department at this establishment is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful technicians I have ever met. Many shops blow you off when it comes to questions but they actually take the time to make sure you have a full understanding to the answers you need. They have fixed multiple bikes for me and kept the repairs and pricing honest and to the point. No shotgun approaches, no guess work, just pure skill and honesty. I recommend this shop above all others. Keep up the quality work Honda of Norfolk!

I have owned a Honda for over 6 years now and would not take it anywhere else to have it serviced. My bike has over 80,000 miles on it and continues to run nicely. I can credit the service department for all the TLC that they give my bike when I take it in. If there are parts or other items that I need to order, they usually come in in 1-2 days. When they arrive, I receive a call to let me know they are in. There may be other Honda/bike shops in the area, but not for me. Way to go, Honda of Norfolk.

I bought a xr650L a few days ago and picked it up today. Those people are very friendly and helpful. Trying everything to get a satisfied costumer and offer quite a few possible solutions. I do recommend this shop for buying a bike. I will keep this review updated after the first service has been done and possible other things. Right now I am absolute happy and, just like I mentioned, can 100% recommend this shop.

Great experience! After being jerked around by the competition, Honda of Norfolk offered a pleasant, fair, and easy buying experience. Not only did they destroy the competitors price but they were genuine, honest, and patient through the process which was done in about 30 mins. I highly suggest buying your next motorcycle there.

Great folks at Norfolk Honda -- from rebuilding my grandsons CRF 150 to the latest difficulty with a chain replacement, Paul in parts and Cody in service have kept this novice maintainers head above water -- I drive by 2 other Honda dealers just for the super service I get at this dealership - thanks much --

I have been going to Honda of Norfolk for seven years. I just picked up my bike yesterday after getting 16k tune up and state inspection. The service guys did great work. My VTX 1300 has 66k miles and is running as good as the day I bought. Thanks fellas. You never disappoint me. See you in 4K miles!
