There are many options at this store, and the customer service I received was extraordinary. After returning home with my brand new Feel Free Lure 13.5ft I noticed a minor defect (dent) on the underside of the kayak. I called the store and spoke with Josh; a younger gentleman that helped me make the decision on buying the kayak. Josh did everything possible to help me out. I was able to get another kayak with no additional cost, and reimbursed a generous amount of store cash. I highly recommend this store, and I would like to give a huge thanks to Josh for all the help he provided.

Came to this store to look at the Patagonia Hole Duffel bag 90L. Gwen, the saleswoman, helped. I mentioned that I was going to back BVI and needed a smaller bag to haul instead of the bigger one I have now. I also told her that I was an REI member and would purchase this bag when the REI store opens on 4/16/16 and that I could get 20% off the retail price. Gwen happily agreed to match the price. I didnt buy anything when I went in but I asked a lot of questions. On top of that my two year old - into everything - son was with me. The employee that was working that day (cant remember his name) was great he answered all of my questions and paid attention to my son the whole time. Great shopping experience. I will definitely be back. I need that Hobie PA 12 in my life.
