This is my first time there. They dont have a lot of selections of snowboarding boots and bindings and the guy told me and my friend "At this time, its more what we got than what you really want". OK, i understand the timing. Later on, because they dont have the size of the snowboarding boots we looked for, the guy brought us another ugly pair of the correct size. But after he heard we dont like the style and color, he even refuses us to try them on for the size and fit. And not been sorry at all. Excuse me???!!! Overall, this is my first time there and definitely my last. Go shop at REI or somewhere else, this store does not have more selection or cheaper price. So why bother go to Alpine when somewhere else has better service and same product.

I recently started skiing again after a long absence, I will say that I am incredably impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and help that I received from Tyler. He was patient while I tried on the boots and explained things to me in a way that was understandable. I would recommend all friends/family members to visit. When there ask for Tyler.

This place is great! Great people and great prices. The staff is really knowledgeable and will help you out. Also if you have kids (I dont), they have a good program for kids ski/snowboard gear-kids are always growing, so buying them gear can seem silly, but they have a good program for that.

I really enjoy going to this ski/sports shop since I was a kid. And recently I purchased two pair of Babolat tennis shoes that are awesome!! This shop is the only one that actually has a selection for Babolat gear, which is very rare in this area and great find. Thanks!

These guys are Awesone... helped my son and I with snowboards and all the equipment we needed and my wife with her skis and boots.... we couldnt be happier... so happy were going to get our Daughters snowboarding gear from them this week.

Great selection, staff is knowledgeable and experienced. Junior Buyback Program makes kids equipment very affordable- skis and boards. Tuning prices are the best around. Service is professional and quick! and ski rentals. Ask for Luke.
