Im in town visiting my cousin. She was really excited to take us for ice cream. We stopped by what use to be Handels, sign said they moved around the corner...which is false! Anyways we walk into this place which seems to be nice so we stay. My cousin orders, I order next for my family. The girl behind the counter needs to stop talking about whatever it was she was talking about and pay more attention to the customers. My cousin got her order, my husband who was on my order got his, that left my daughter and I waiting. Customers that ordered after us got there stuff before we did and it wasnt just one order after us, it was like five after us before we got our ice cream...I was not happy with how this all went down. Will I ever go back, NO!

I want to like this place. I really do. But Ive had a total of 5 problems in the 2 times Ive showed up. Two of those problems involved how much change I show get back (I would have lost $13 had I not pointed it out both times). One was a stock issue (they only sell two things- how is that possible?). One problem was they didnt know how to work their coupons. And to top it off I left with a hair on my food because no one wears a hat. These are avoidable problems and if they fix them I do encourage people to go because theyre donuts are very good, but I cant give even two stars when theyre batting 250 right now, especially when their most common offense involves significant errors in price or change back.

We literally leaving this place on mothers day 12pm. In my opinion n my wifes its not bad, I question the cleanliness of this place. If it opened at 0630 theres no way its as dirty as it was, someone nd to get these young ladies there to clean properly, I hope the owner looks at this review. I would return, I just hope the ladies clean their work area for it helps the establishment look a bit better. I would take pics but whats the point Im sure other people today will notice it. Thanks

Awesome ice cream near Dolores Park. I chose two flavors: malted vanilla with peanut brittle & milk chocolate and coffee. (Its about $4.50 for two scoops.) Absolutely loved the malted vanilla and the coffee ice cream was also good (but very much like other coffee ice cream Ive had). My friend had the honey lavender and loved it. We came on a Monday afternoon, so there was almost no line, but the ice cream is definitely worth waiting in line for.

Got our order wrong, donuts tasted awful, and the place did not look very clean. On the bright side the donuts were hot, staff was nice, and they got the donuts out to us fast. The maple bacon donuts bacon was non edible and could not be bitten through. It also did not have toffee bits on it. Another person in our group ordered a chocolate glaze and chocolate sprinkles donut. They gave him white sprinkles. So over all not a good experience.

The donuts are good, however, I went into get my order because I was a call in. The lady at the couner briefly looked at me and said I will get with you in a second.People begin to line up behind me. then she begain to served all the people behind me. .Really bad customer service. I belive the fact she served all the other people, even though I was first In line.. could have been taken the wrong way.

Weve only had good experiences here. The staff is always friendly, the only thing I will say is the menu is confusing/a lot to take in. Weve only gotten ice cream, so I cant say how their donuts are. Get the blueberry cheesecake ice cream if its available! Chunks/swirls of blueberries and chunks of cheesecake - so delicious!

Pleasant staff. Custom-ordered three doughnuts. Came warm with crispy exterior and crumbly, loose, moist cakey interior. Duck Doughnuts makes a denser, compact cake doughnut with a not as crispy exterior. The Lemon Joy specialty doughnut was tasty! Very lemony... very sweet.

I would have given this 5 stars just based off of the donuts alone BUT because of the customer service I received, unfortunately I had to take it down. In all honesty, the donuts are good but I will be debating my return as customer service is more important to me.

I love the new changes that they are coming out with regarding the food and I enjoy coming in their to get freshly made to order donuts and the delicious milkshakes! CANT WAIT for more food items. Lunch menu? Sandwiches? This definitely caters to your clients.

Awful experience EVERY time weve gone. We will never waste our time or money here again. They get our order wrong every visit and REFUSE to correct it after we ask for the correct order. Theyre rude, overpriced and have zero customer service.

I love this place. Great ice cream. Great donuts. The icing does melt but thats because they make donuts to order and they come out piping hot. I dont know what the concerns are about service. Never had an issue there. 5 stars.

customer service was wonderful the donuts were to die for and the ice cream was perfect this is definitely one of the best places Ive ever had donuts from on vacation I will definitely be stopping back next time Im there!

These donuts are made FRESH when you order! They were tasty! A little pricey but well worth it! The ice cream and donut flavor choices are numerous and the actual donut choices are displayed. I cant wait to go back!!

Great place to enjoy with your family and friends. They even offer military, police and firefighter discounts. Food is AMAZING. I could confidently say they are better then duck donuts.

Should be called crazy grease filled donuts. The dark spots, are grease. This donut had no icing on it, just cinnamon and sugar. First time Ive ever tossed away fresh donuts.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I think they just need a sign that tells you there $.29 charge for extra toppings that are not their specialty donuts.
