I love this place but just today after coming in here since they opened a girl manager wants to yell at my boyfriend and I for just standing next to each other and we kissed two times and she tells us we need to stop this is a family restaurant. Like excuse me ? Why you yelling instead of coming over to us and being nice about it and second of all. We are not doing anything bad. So no Im not happy that someone wanted to embarrass me just because they are having a bad day.

Poor management! It was just after lunch time but the place was busy! Five people waiting for their orders and manager rather count cups while one worker makes sandwiches and drinks. Seriously, put down the clip board and jump in to help. I have never waited so long for coffee in my life! Very poor service! Tables are never clean either. DD must do better this location is a bad representation of DD!

Ive worked for dunkin donuts for 10 years and jersey and i just realize this place just opened and ive never in my life seen such bad reports about them... Well if they help im gladley would appreciate to help 10 years experiance in jersey

If I could give zero stars thats exactly what they would get! Coffee is disgusting. Hash browns mushy and cold. Its really ridiculous!! And the customer service sucks! They should just close it down. They give the good DDs a bad rep!!

The service was poor young undermangement kids hang outide smoke drugs along with ignorant staff members mostly female staff just in a sentence PLEASE CLOSE DOWN IF U DONT WANT 2 WORK........

Part of the order was forgotten. I believe that it is due to the staff being under trained and confused when busy. They were polite thoigh. Taste and flavor ok.

Small but comfortable shop. Free WiFi and plenty of USB ports/outlets for charging ur cell phones. Quick service. Stop by often, never have a problem.

Im walk there every morning at 6 which is the time the sign on the door states its open and it is never open. This place sucks.
