Terrible customer service from the manager. Returned 4 products. Then tried to purchase products with my coupon... was refused service & told it was their "policy" to not allow people to return items & then use a coupoun. Two completely separate transactions, which is why the logic makes no sense. In the end I had to have a friend come in the store to purchase the items for me with my coupoun since I refused service to be able to purchase the items. Only to find out the items I needed were on sale (2 days prior) at the previous store I bought the products from and this store would not honor the buy 2 get one free promotion that was on my receipt. In the end I decided to only do the return & not purchase any items from this store & will be contacting corporate about the poor service.

I was told what to buy and how to dye my daughters hair with the promise of "if you dont like the results, bring the empty bottles and receipt for a refund." Well, $75 later, her hair had little to no change and I was refused a refund.

Staff is always great and they try hard to be helpful. The only reason Im just giving three stars is because they never have the basic waxing supplies I need, sadly, as they are very conveniently located on my way to work.

Bought some $12 earrings and two days later I went to return them. Apparently I cant do that. Earrings werent even open. Crappy store
